Easy’s Cocktail Lounge Swings Into a New Year with
Star-Studded NYE Offerings
Proper Eats’ hidden speakeasy offers an intimate
experience to ring in the new year.
Easy’s Cocktail Lounge, a sultry speakeasy hidden within the highly-lauded Proper Eats Food Hall on the promenade level of ARIA Resort & Casino, is offering a premier lineup of live entertainment to ring in the new year. Running from Thursday, Dec. 28 to Sunday, Dec. 31, this all-star lineup will include favorites such as Mikalah Gordon and Sahara Prade. Reservations can be made here.
New Year’s Eve weekend, Easy’s Cocktail Lounge invites patrons to slow down and enjoy the finer things like cocktails and caviar as the year comes to a close. Easy’s high-class entertainment lineup for the New Year’s weekend includes:
- Thursday, Dec. 28: Havana Express, doors at 6 p.m.
- Havana Express is an energetic Cuban group playing the smoothest Latin hits for warm, acoustic enjoyment.
- Friday, Dec. 29: The Mods, doors at 6 p.m.
- The Mods are a soul, jazz and R&B group with an unforgettable sound and mesmerizing lead vocalist.
- Saturday, Dec. 30: Mikalah Gordon, doors at 6 p.m.
- Mikalah Gordon is a vocalist and former Top 12 contestant on the hit show “American Idol.” Her powerful voice and unique stage presence make her a must-see performance.
- New Year’s Eve: Easy’s New Year Bash: Beginning at 6 p.m. Easy’s will ring in 2024 with a lineup of fantastic vocalists ready to deliver powerful and entertaining performances from top talent from around the Valley, including:
- Andrew Diessner is a versatile and powerful classically trained tenor with an impressive suite of instrumental talent to boot. Diessner has a love for all things music, particularly jazz, rock, swing and pop.
- Sahara Prade is a powerful singer with a resonant voice that has a rich and deep tone sure to catch your ear. In the past Prade has headlined large events like 2023’s AfrikFest, Las Vegas’ only African-American culture festival.
Easy’s sultry world of emerald hues and velvet textures that enthrall the senses will make the ideal intimate atmosphere for friends and lovers alike to toast to a new year filled to the brim with wonderful memories. New Year’s Eve table reservations are available now, starting at $1,000. Guests can bask in luxury with Easy’s signature caviar service, featuring delectable choices such as the Siberian Supreme, Beluga Kaluga and Imperial Golden Osetra Malossol, all served with fresh, house-made blini, crème fraiche, chopped egg, chives and two 1oz. pours of chilled Belvedere vodka; or their signature bottle service with a full selection of premium liquors, wines and bubblies to choose from.
Guests can also enjoy Easy’s awe-inspiring signature Show Stopper cocktails like the Heart of the Sea made with Casamigos blanco tequila, orgeat, lime, blueberry spirulina and pink ocean air served in sea shells on white sand. Other options include the Shroomin’ made with Botanist gin, matcha, lemon honey and dry ice; and the Smokeshow made with Angels Envy bourbon, banana liqueur, sweet vermouth and chocolate bitters served alongside tobacco wrapped chocolates and candy cigarettes. All Show Stoppers are priced at $50.
