Eat, Drink and Be Merry with Holiday Offerings
at The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower this December
‘Tis the season for holiday dining at The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower with festive, specialty dishes available at Top of the World and McCall’s Heartland Grill.
Top of the World, the award-winning restaurant towering more than 800 feet above the Las Vegas Strip, will celebrate the holiday season with a selection of specialty dishes, including truffled potato bisque with bacon lardons, chive oil, smoked salt and cheddar tuile, priced at $19; an entrée of roasted duck leg with ginger braised bok choy, plum glaze, roasted mushrooms and crispy noodles, priced at $58; and gingerbread cake trifle, a soft gingerbread cake with brandy syrup, dulce de leche cream and chocolate ganache, priced at $17. The featured dishes will be available exclusively from Friday, Dec. 22 through Monday, Dec. 25.
The holiday offerings will pair well with Top of the World’s elevated wine flights, including the Caymus Vineyards flight featuring three-ounce pours of Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 and Special Selection Cabernet Sauvignon 2017, priced at $65; the Silver Oak flight with three-ounce pours of Cabernet Sauvignon, Alexander Valley 2018 and Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2017, priced at $55; among other options. All selections and vintages are subject to availability.
McCall’s Heartland Grill will honor the holidays with a dinner and dessert pairing featuring mustard-crusted Colorado lamb with fig demi-glace, accompanied by roasted baby carrots and sweet potato risotto; and eggnog mousse with caramel filling, chocolate cake bottom, dark chocolate ganache and caramel crumble cookie. The meal will be priced at $58 and will be available exclusively from Friday, Dec. 22 through Monday, Dec. 25.
