New Year’s Eve specials at Twin Creeks Steakhouse

Silverton Casino announces its December experiences and programming, including Christmas and New Year specials.
DINING
In celebration of NFR season, Twin Creeks Steakhouse is offering a daily $75 Cowboy Special from 4:30-10 p.m., featuring their bone-in New York strip, made with 18 oz. Black Angus beef, cowboy butter, scalloped potatoes and crispy brussel sprouts. Reservations are recommended.
Christmas Day
From 1-9:30 p.m. on Christmas Day, Mi Casa Grill Cantina will offer a variety of tasty holiday dishes, including:
· Sweet cornmeal mush, served with chile-seared shrimp and citrus butter sauce ($18)
· Fajita-spiced 14 oz. New York strip, served with chipotle butter, manchego fries and garlic aioli ($40)
· Dulce de leche cheesecake, made with Canelitas cookie crust and caramelized white chocolate anglaise ($12)
Cheers to the holiday season! Only on Christmas Day from 4-9:30 p.m., Su Casa will offer:
· Garlic ebi, made with pepper-garlic prawns, yuzu rice, daikon salad and plum dressing ($38)
· Hojicha tiramisu, made with castella cake, mascarpone cream and Japanese whiskey anglaise ($12)
Sundance Grill will also celebrate on Christmas Day from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. with holiday specials, including:
· A choice of soup or house salad
· Braised lamb shank, served with creamy polenta and charred Brussels ($29)
· Eggnog bread pudding served with spiced rum anglaise and vanilla ice cream ($12)
Celebrate Christmas with a hearty meal. Available from 3-9:30 p.m. on Christmas Day, Twin Creeks Steakhouse will offer holiday dishes, including:
· Roasted beet salad, made with torched goat cheese, blood oranges, shaved fennel, baby arugula and white balsamic ($13)
· Beef Wellington, served with roasted petit vegetables, roasted garlic potato puree and demi-glace ($75)
· Gingerbread cheesecake, made with molasses cookie crust and cranberry compotes ($12)
New Year’s Eve
Ring in the new year in style. From 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on New Year’s Eve, Mi Casa Grill Cantina will offer:
· El jefe molcajete, made with marinated ribeye steak, chile-rubbed jumbo shrimp, roasted lobster tail, rice, beans and a choice of corn or flour tortillas ($60)
· Milk chocolate caramel tart, made with coffee crunch ice cream and chantilly cream ($12)
Su Casa will celebrate New Year’s Eve from 4-10 p.m. with special dishes, including:
· Chef Shayne’s decadent sushi and nigiri assortment, served with edamame and furikake white rice ($50)
· “Cracked Coconut” coconut mousse, made with mango-passion fruit compote and a chocolate coconut shell ($12)
Sundance Grill is ringing in the new year with special dishes from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., including:
· A choice of soup or house salad
· Cognac marinated filet of beef, made with bleu cheese au gratin, smoked bacon-caramelized shallots and charred Brussels sprouts ($40)
· Caramelized banana cream tart, made with candied hazelnut crunch, shaved chocolate and chantilly cream ($12)
Say goodbye to 2023 with a delicious meal at Twin Creeks Steakhouse from 4-10 p.m. with special dishes, including:
· Shaved brussel sprout salad, made with Parmesan Reggiano, dried cranberries, bacon lardons and focaccia croutons ($13)
· Pasta-n-Pasture, a 7 oz. filet of beef with lobster tortelloni, lobster cream, shaved black truffles and grilled asparagus ($80)

ENTERTAINMENT
Now through Dec. 24 – SEA-sons Greetings at Silverton Aquarium
Each Saturday and Sunday through Dec. 24, Underwater Santa and Mermaid Tales Story Time will return to Silverton Casino’s beloved aquarium. With the help of cutting-edge technology and a sprinkle of holiday enhancement, kids can have a one-of-a-kind conversation with Santa Claus at Underwater Santa while he explores his aquatic wonderland in a SCUBA suit. A magical microphone, specially designed for underwater communication, allows children to send their heartfelt wishes and holiday greetings to Santa, even as he swims with the marine life.
Mermaid Tales Story Time is not just a storytime, it’s an experience that combines the magic of mermaids with the joy of the holiday season. Children will leave with hearts full of wonder, imaginations fired up, and stories to share with their friends and family.

December 17 – Craftmania Craft Show
LV Craft Shows will return to Veil Pavilion on Sunday, Dec. 17 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., offering a wide variety of unique crafts and gifts at their Craftmania Craft Show. Admission is free.
December 21 – Holiday PJs Party at Bad Elf Bar
Bad Elf Bar invites you to its Holiday PJs Party on Thursday, Dec. 21 from 5-11 p.m. Slip into your comfiest, most festive holiday-themed pajamas and let the celebrations begin. As a special treat, Bad Elf is gifting guests the first Christmas shot of the evening.
