Fine dining destination MRKT Sea & Land at Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa will offer an exquisite Valentine’s Day dinner for two for $130 from Friday, February 11 through Monday, February 14 from 5 p.m. to close. For the main entrée, diners can enjoy a 20-oz. chateaubriand wellington. The meal will be paired with two MRKT salads, and New York cheesecake and chocolate-dipped strawberries will be served for dessert. The dinner also includes two glasses of Gambino Sparkling Prosecco.
Aliante’s Bistro 57 is serving a three-course, Italian-inspired Valentine’s Day special on Friday, February 11 and Saturday, February 12 from 4 p.m. to close for $60 per couple. As the starter, guests can choose from a Bistro Salad or pasta e Fagioli soup. The main entrée features the choice of one of three options, including chicken piccata with lemon, capers, butter wine sauce and spaghetti pasta, or shrimp scampi with garlic, white wine lemon butter sauce and spaghetti pasta. Diners can also choose chicken Parmesan pizzaiola, featuring chopped chicken breast coated with breadcrumbs with pasta Alfredo. A slice of New York cheesecake and dipped chocolate strawberries will be served for dessert. The dinner also includes two glasses of Gambino Sparkling Prosecco. Bistro 57 will be closed on Monday, February 14.
FARM at Aliante will serve a savory Valentine’s Day special on Monday, February 14 for $24.99 per person. The main entrée features flat iron steak and bacon-wrapped shrimp. The special also includes the choice of soup or salad, and the Chef’s cheesecake with fresh strawberries for dessert.
Alder & Birch at The Orleans Hotel and Casino will serve an unforgettable, four-course Valentine’s Day special on Monday, February 14 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $75 per person. For the starter, guests can enjoy a stuffed wagyu beef meatball with fresh mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, fresh basil and tomato basil sauce. Couples can also choose from a lobster bisque or house salad. The Alder & Birch Trio will be served as the main entrée, featuring lamb lollipop with olive tapenade, shrimp scampi and a petit filet with mushroom ragu served with Boursin mashed potatoes and jardinière vegetables. Guests can begin the meal with a sweet salad with chopped romaine, diced onion and cucumbers, sliced strawberries and raspberry vinaigrette dressing for $7.95. The main course features a grilled, 8-oz. filet and sautéed shrimp served with peppercorn sauce, garlic whipped potatoes and sautéed mixed veggies for $56.99. Couples can enjoy the True Love menu for $99 per person. The menu includes a cocktail from The Angry Butcher’s “Libations List” or a glass of premium wine. The main entrée features a hand-selected tenderloin filet paired with a butter-broiled lobster tail, cavatappi mac and cheese and grilled jumbo asparagus. Always Be Mine
The Always Be Mine menu is available for $89 per person. This menu option includes a cocktail from the “Libations List.” The meal will begin with the choice of a lobster chowder or cleaver salad. Hand-cut New York strip steak and crispy tempura shrimp will be served as the main course with butter-whipped mashed potatoes and the Chef’s fresh vegetable selection. A flourless chocolate cake with raspberry coulis and whipped cream will be served for dessert.
Yours Truly
Guests can experience the Yours Truly menu for $79 per person. Each diner will be served a glass of Gambino Sparkling Prosecco. As a starter, guests can choose from a lobster chowder or Angry Butcher house salad. The main entrée will feature hand-carved, Angry Butcher-cut prime rib served with butter-whipped mashed potatoes, the Chef’s fresh vegetable selection, horseradish and au jus. For dessert, couples can delight in dark chocolate crème brûlée served with fresh raspberries and whipped cream.

Carve Prime Rib at Cannery Casino Hotel will serve a delicious, three-course Valentine’s Day dinner, featuring multiple options, on Monday, February 14 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $49 per person. Diners will begin their meal with the choice of lobster ravioli with lobster ragout and fresh tarragon, potato leek soup with Yukon gold potatoes, crispy leeks and light cream, or oysters Rockefeller with baked oysters, creamed spinach and hollandaise. For the main entrée, guests can choose the pan-roasted filet mignon bordelaise with wild mushroom sauté and red wine sauce; the Scottish poached salmon filet with fresh dill sauce and braised fennel; or the Dijon baked organic chicken with sundried apricot glaze and Dijon herb crust. For dessert, couples can choose the warm butter cake served with vanilla bean ice cream, spring berries and Chantilly cream or red velvet cheesecake.
California Hotel and Casino’s Redwood Steakhouse will offer a lavish, four-course Valentine’s Day experience for two for $120 per couple on Monday, February 14 from 5 p.m. to close. The meal will begin with a Henry salad with mixed organic greens, dried Midwestern cherries, shaved apples, candied pecans, gorgonzola cheese and raspberry vinaigrette. As the shared appetizer, guests can enjoy homemade creamed ricotta cheese with Big Island Bees Wilelaiki honey and toasted farmer’s bread. The main course is a chateaubriand for two, featuring pan-seared, center-cut tenderloin served with garlic-roasted peewee potatoes, blistered asparagus and béarnaise sauce. To end the memorable dinner, couples will be served a sweet dessert board with a shared assortment of sweets, candies, chocolates and chocolate-covered strawberries.
