Fremont Street Experience, located in historic downtown Las Vegas, and 95.5 The Bull are pleased to announce the latest installment of ‘Country’s Next Big Thing’ featuring a free performance by Josiah Siska on 1st Street Stage Thursday, April 20 at 7:00 p.m.
Country’s Next Big Thing is a brand developed by 95.5 The Bull and Fremont Street Experience as a platform to celebrate and promote burgeoning artists who will one day be the next generation of stars in Country music. The franchise has featured rising stars like Dalton Dover, Tigirlily Gold, Jackson Dean and many more. The series continues with an up-close-and-personal performance by Josiah Siska for the ultimate experience country music fans will not want to miss.
Making his way from Gwinnette, Ga. to the bright lights of Fremont Street Experience, most recognize the up-and-coming country music star from his 2016 American Idol run. Although Siska was not a winner of the iconic music competition, the Dacula County star has seen his career continue to grow, since signing to Black River Entertainment in October 2019. Siska’s work ethic and passion for music came from his music mentor, Mark Miller, a music producer at Black River Entertainment who has facilitated Siska’s continued success as he skyrockets up the country music charts. Siska’s upcoming performance in Las Vegas will serve as the latest milestone of his illustrious career as a rising country music artist.
Siska’s debut album, Three Chords at a Time was released last year and featured hits including the title track “Three Chords at a Time,” “3 Tequila Floor” and “Honkey Tonk.” Between developing an affinity for music from an early age and growing up as the son of a preacher, Siska has learned from his father to become an extraordinary storyteller within his music, which is reflected on his latest album. Taking inspiration from Johnny Cash, Keith Whitley and Don Williams, his music is reminiscent of the values and traditions of older country music.
