The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower will unveil a basketful of elevated dishes and brunch offerings at Top of the World, CHĪ Asian Kitchen, McCall’s Heartland Grill and PT’s Wings & Sports, available throughout Easter weekend beginning on Friday, March 29.
Top of the World, The STRAT’s award-winning restaurant with 360-degree rotating views, will offer a trio of featured dishes, available exclusively from Friday, March 29 through Sunday, March 31. Holiday selections will include roasted beet salad, made with red and gold beets, arugula, red onion, roasted pistachio, whipped goat cheese and orange-pomegranate vinaigrette, priced at $24; an entree of braised lamb shank with white bean cassoulet and burgundy reduction, priced at $52; and a carrot cake-inspired dessert with coconut cream cheese mousse and white chocolate ganache, priced at $17.
An array of reimagined Chinese and other Asian dishes will be available at CHĪ Asian Kitchen from Friday, March 29 through Sunday, March 31. Selections will include pan-fried sea bream with baby bok choy, red-veined sorrel, pea shoots, mushrooms and chili garlic sauce, priced at $35; and cucumber tomato salad with red velvet lettuce, heirloom tomatoes, cucumber, red-veined sorrel and ginger watermelon dressing, priced at $16.
McCall’s Heartland Grill will serve a featured dish of cherry pecan wood-smoked prime rib with roasted parsnips, fresh herb-roasted red potatoes, au jus and creamy horseradish, priced at $49 and available exclusively on Friday, March 29 and Saturday, March 30.
Guests can hop into PT’s Wings & Sports for an Easter brunch buffet, available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 31. Priced at $38.99 per person and $19.99 for children between three and eleven years old, offerings will include an array of fresh fruit; omelets with assorted fillings and cheeses; a carving station with roasted New York strip, honey cured ham and roasted turkey breast; artisan cured meats, sliced cheeses, breads and crackers; sweet treats and pastries; and more. Bottomless mimosas and bloody marys will also be available, priced at $14.99 per person.
