CRUSH, Morton Group’s American grill at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, will invite Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR) fans to enjoy a steak dinner along with savory sides and spirits, available exclusively from Thursday, Dec. 7 through Saturday, Dec. 16.
To honor NFR, CRUSH has introduced a 16-ounce Angus ribeye served with shoestring potatoes and rosemary garlic butter, priced at $69. Rodeo goers can also sip on CRUSH’s Old Forester bourbon flight, showcasing aged bourbons from 1870, 1897, 1910 and 1920, priced at $48.
CRUSH’s spirits selection offers a variety of other bourbons that also pair well with the occasion, including Angel’s Envy, Four Roses single barrel, Jefferson’s small batch and more. In addition to the bar’s collection of whiskeys and bourbons, CRUSH boasts a versatile wine list with varietals from all over the world that can be ordered by the glass or bottle.
In addition to the new ribeye, CRUSH also offers an 8 oz filet mignon served with fingerling potatoes, sweet onions and blue cheese fondue; and grilled chicken prepared with roasted garlic, arugula and chili oil. Side dishes include lobster mac and cheese and truffle mashed potatoes.
