JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa and Rampart Casino – the lushly landscaped, 54-acre Summerlin destination for exciting gaming, tempting dining, elegant accommodations and a luxurious spa – announces Father’s Day specials at several dining destinations. In addition, JW Marriott’s Spiedini Fiamma Italian Bistro will participate in this year’s Las Vegas Restaurant Week benefiting Three Square Food Bank. The complete list of June offerings follows.
SPA AQUAE MEMBERSHIP AND OFFERS FOR LOCALS
Spa Aquae is a center for holistic wellness, treating mind, body and spirit. Las Vegas’ most relaxing and rejuvenating wellness destination is offering an ongoing membership program, including access to a state-of-the-art fitness center, co-ed Hydra Lounge and complimentary amenities. Packages start at just $169 per month and include preferred pricing on spa treatments, retail discounts, a welcome gift and more.
For Las Vegas locals, Spa Aquae always offers a 30% discount on its full roster of spa services Monday – Thursday and a 20% discount Friday – Sunday.
JUNE POOL HOURS AND OFFERS
In June, the resort pool is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. The pool is complimentary for hotel guests; for non-hotel guests, access is available for a nominal fee. Click here for details. The pool offers comfortable lounge chairs, towels and poolside dining at Waterside Café from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Poolside standard and grand cabanas are also available to guests visiting this season. A standard cabana includes a television, mini refrigerator with water, plush seating and designated cocktail server. Each cabana offers space for a maximum of six guests. A grand cabana is also available and includes double the amenities as a standard cabana for a maximum of twelve guests. Outside food and beverage is not permitted. For pricing, click here. LAS VEGAS RESTAURANT WEEK
Spiedini Fiamma Italian Bistro
Spiedini Fiamma Italian Bistro will offer a limited-edition prix fixe Las Vegas Restaurant Week Menu. From Monday, June 3 through Friday, June 14, Spiedini will offer a three-course menu for $30 per person, plus tax and gratuity. A portion of every menu sold will be donated to Three Square Food Bank to help feed those in need. Guests should note that Spiedini is open Sunday through Tuesday from 5 to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 10 p.m. The restaurant is regularly closed Wednesdays and Thursdays. On Sunday, June 16, Earl Grey Café will delight guests with a mouthwatering Father’s Day dining special for $34.99, plus tax and gratuity. The three-course offering will be served from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The menu follows.

- French Onion Soup – Homemade croutons, Gruyere cheese
Entrée:
- Stout Marinated T-Bone Steak – 12-ounce stout marinated T-bone, sauteed mushrooms, red smashed potatoes, sauteed garlic asparagus
Dessert:
- Root Beer Float – Vanilla bean ice cream, Mug root beer
Hawthorn Grill
On Sunday, June 16, Hawthorn Grill will serve up an exquisite dining experience designed to make Father’s Day truly memorable. Available for $79 per person, plus taxes and gratuity, the dinner will be served 5 to 8 p.m. It includes an 18-ounce smoked ribeye, loaded baked potato, asparagus, hollandaise and bordelaise. For dessert, fathers can enjoy a chocolate cigar, including chocolate mousse wrapped in a crepe and lined with chocolate.

Two-for-One Lunch and Dinner at Market Place Buffet, June 17
On Monday, June 17, players earning 50 same-day points will receive two-for-one entry to the Market Place Buffet. Regularly priced at $32.99 per person, the buffet is served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 to 8 p.m.
Hawthorn Grill Branzino en Papillote Sunday Dinner Special
Every Sunday from 5 to 9 p.m., visitors are invited to enjoy Hawthorn Grill’s Branzino en Papillote dinner special for $71 per person, plus tax. The offering includes a sea bass cooked with green aromatics, lemon and orange served with couscous, sauteed mushrooms and Sauce Bonnefoy.
Earl Grey Café
This June and July, Earl Grey Café will offer a chicken fajita special daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The offering available for $18.99 includes sizzling chicken, peppers and onions served with tortillas, rice, salsa, sour cream and pico de gallo. For an additional $1.99, guests can also add a soup or salad to their special. The offer is available for $12.99 with proof of a player’s card.

The Market Place Buffet, the only buffet in Summerlin, offers an ongoing roster of weekly dining specials. Specific offers and pricing follows:

Rampart Rewards Player’s Club levels Summerlin, Premier and Elite required to enter. The main room is open Monday through Saturday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. while the buffet is open Monday through Saturday from 2 to 7 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 7 p.m. On Tuesday, June 18, the Summerlin Room buffet will offer a special Mexican menu with tacos from 5 to 7 p.m.
Waterside Café
The Waterside Café is open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily and offers a selection of salads, sandwiches, burgers and tropical drinks in a casual poolside atmosphere.
