Celebrating a new menu and reimagination of the space, Jayde @ 16 will open to celebrate the Las Vegas skyline from 16 floors up on the rooftop of M Resort Spa Casino. Jayde @ 16 will offer the valley a brand-new elevated dining experience on the southside of the Las Vegas Strip offering Asian Fusion favorites such as Sashimi, Nigiri, Maki, Temaki and Dim Sum in the sky.
The intimate venue, with a terrace overlooking Las Vegas Boulevard, offers diners the ultimate location to enjoy creative libations, enticing bites and unmatched views of the Las Vegas skyline. Explore a diverse menu of handcrafted cocktails, innovative shared plates, and an unforgettable tasting experience. The new reimagined garden-influenced décor will feature TVs incorporated into the design and used as a visual dining experience surrounding diners with swimming Koi fish while they enjoy a menu of Asian dishes, fresh seafood, and sushi.
Choices of Sashimi and Nigiri include Big Eye Ahi, Mirugai (goe duck), Toro (tuna), Uni (sea urchin), Hamachi (yellow tail), Sake (salmon), Kanpachi (amberjack), Amaebi (sweet shrimp), Tako (octopus) and Hotate (sea scallop).
Maki and Temaki feature Jayde (snow crab, asparagus, crispy topping, garlic ponzu sauce); Philadelphia (avocado, cream cheese, salmon); California (avocado, cucumber, snow crab); Spicy Tuna; and Spider (soft shell crab, snow crab, avocado, cucumber). Other options include Surf and Turf (spicy tuna, beef tenderloin, crispy tempura shallots, yum yum and unagi sauce); and M Girl (tempura shrimp, avocado, cucumber, jalapeno, cream cheese, yum yum and unagi sauce).
Its atmosphere is perfect for hanging out and sharing, including Shishito Peppers, Edamame, Chicken Lettuce Wrap, Garlic Calamari, and Sticky Ribs. Platters (sashimi or nigari) of 12 or 18 pieces are also available. Other shareables feature Miso soup, Oxtail soup, and Thai Beef Salad.
