Mijo Modern Mexican Restaurant, located at the newly opened Durango Casino & Resort, will invite guests to celebrate the holidays with festive dishes available exclusively on Christmas Day.

From 4 to 10 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 25, Mijo will serve a Baja sea bass Veracruz-style, featuring olives, fire-roasted cherry tomatoes, garlic, cilantro lime rice and radish and topped with a chipotle tomato sauce, priced at $50; and surf and turf featuring chili-rubbed filet mignon, fire-grilled shrimp, frites and a chimichurri sauce, priced at $62.
