Minus5º ICEBAR invites guests to indulge this summer with booze-infused Tipsy Scoop ice cream – the newest addition to its FRESH & COOL bar program which features a rotating roster of seasonal beverages and refreshing treats. Blending the magic of artisanal, hand-crafted ice cream with the mastery of a perfectly mixed cocktail, Tipsy Scoop and Minus5º ICEBAR offer a modern twist on summer’s favorite frozen treat.
Available at Minus5º ICEBAR’s Mandalay Bay, The LINQ Promenade and The Venetian Resort® Las Vegas locations, guests can try two brand-new Tipsy Scoop creations this summer featuring various flavors and liquors. Minus5º ICEBAR’s Frosty Bourbon Bliss includes Tipsy Scoop boozy vanilla bean bourbon ice cream, chocolate chips, chocolate drizzle and chocolate chip cookies. The Razzle Dazzle includes Tipsy Scoop boozy raspberry limoncello sorbet, whipped cream, strawberry syrup, Nerds candy, Fruity Pebbles cereal and sour rainbow belts.
In addition to its Tipsy Scoop offerings, Minus5º ICEBAR also invites guests to experience new ice displays quarterly. Through its Staying COOL re-theming program, visitors can enjoy never-before-seen ice displays and sculptures on an ongoing basis, providing an all-new experience with each return visit.
