Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant is Making a List and Checking It Twice With Holiday-Inspired Cocktails
The popular Mexican restaurant will be decorated as a festive holiday escape
to make the season merry and bright.
Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, a vibrant hacienda-inspired dining destination in Downtown Summerlin, will enchant guests this holiday season with a captivating winter wonderland transformation and two delightful holiday cocktails, available from Friday, Dec. 1 to Sunday, Dec. 31.
Guests will be able to sip on two holiday inspired cocktails: the cozy Christmas Beautiful and the cheerful Santa’s Punch while immersed in a festively decorated atmosphere. The Christmas Beautiful will bring out the warm and fuzzies this holiday season, made with fresh brewed coffee and Grand Marnier, topped with fluffy whipped cream, priced at $14. Santa’s Punch will have guests feeling as jolly as old Saint Nick himself, crafted with Patrón Reposado tequila and triple sec, with a splash of raspberry and pineapple juices and topped with sprite, priced at $14.
Complementing these merry cocktails, guests can indulge in Pancho’s delicious desserts, a sweet nightcap for any hardworking elf this season. Options include sopapillas, crispy pastries covered in cinnamon and sugar, drizzled with caramel sauce and served with vanilla ice cream; or the decadent Mexican brownie, a traditional warm brownie, topped with a house-made brandy butter sauce and vanilla ice cream.
