The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower will celebrate Labor Day weekend with special offerings at its restaurants, lounges and newly opened pool, Swim & Social, available beginning Friday, Sept. 1.
PT’s Wings & Sports and View Lounge will honor the long weekend with a featured dish and dessert. A BBQ pulled pork sandwich, made with pulled pork and house BBQ sauce, served with jalapeño slaw and mac and cheese, will be priced at $19; and s’mores brownies will be available for $12. The selections will be available exclusively from Friday, Sept. 1 through Monday, Sept. 4.
McCall’s Heartland Grill will offer a smoked BBQ platter complete with smoked BBQ ribs, grilled shrimp skewers, tender smoked brisket, sausage, ranch mashed potatoes and corn on the cob, priced at $49 and available exclusively Friday, Sept. 1 through Sunday, Sept. 3. McCall’s menu features a refined wine list, bourbons from the American whiskey trail and signature cocktails to accompany the entree.
STRAT Café will serve a featured dish of corned beef hash with three eggs and a side of country potatoes, priced at $20 and available exclusively from Friday, Sept. 1 through Monday, Sept. 4. STRAT Café’s entire menu will also be available, complete with signature dishes such as the crispy chicken biscuit made with sausage gravy, bacon, choice of eggs and cheddar cheese, priced at $17; the straight up cheeseburger made with a half-pound beef patty, American cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles and mayo, priced at $18; and more.
Guests at Swim & Social, The STRAT’s new eighth story rooftop pool, may dive into two specialty selections, including mini al pastor pork and pineapple skewers, accompanied by salsa verde, onions, cilantro and rice, priced at $21; and BBQ pork ribs with BBQ rub, served with mac and cheese, baked beans, and jalapeño slaw, priced at $33, available exclusively from Friday, Sept. 1 through Monday, Sept. 4. The dishes will pair with stunning views and signature cocktails including Peach Party, made with Ketel One Botanical Peach & Orange Blossom vodka, St. Germain Elderflower liqueur, white peach and Ruffino Wine Spritz Lemon Limonata; and whiskey lemonade, a combination of Jameson Orange Irish whiskey, Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey whiskey, lemonade and iced tea; among others.
REMIX Lounge will provide high energy beats throughout the weekend with performances by Dr. Rock, covering ‘70s and ‘80s classic rock hits from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.; and a live DJ from 1 to 5 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 1 and Saturday, Sept. 2.
