SEARSUCKER RESTAURANT NOW ACCEPTING RESERVATIONS AND SET TO RE-OPEN THURSDAY, OCTOBER 15
Global hospitality company Hakkasan Group is resuming operations and now accepting reservations at its Las Vegas Strip social dining restaurant concept, Searsucker located inside Caesars Palace and connected to OMNIA Nightclub. Searsucker is scheduled to re-open on Thursday, October 15.
Searsucker’s culinary attitude takes a curious twist on classic Americana dishes. Start off the Searsucker menu with Ahi Poke Tacos or Las Vegas-style Shrimp Cocktail, before moving on to the main course featuring classic Searsucker dishes such as New York Strip Steak with roasted shallots, charred tomato, bordelaise sauce, and Mary’s Free Range Chicken, a pan-roasted breast, aged cheddar grits, pearl onions, in a natural jus.
Starting on opening day, Searsucker’s Happy Hour is returning along with Las Vegas Raiders beer, cocktail and wing specials. Celebrate the happiest hour of the day Thursdays and Fridays from 5pm to 7pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 3pm to 6pm, with $20 buckets of beer, and craft cocktails starting at $6 each and .25¢ wing specials. Wings, beer buckets and cocktails specials are also available during all Las Vegas Raiders football games this season.
In line with government and health authority guidance for health and sanitation, the restaurant has moved to a paperless menu system via a scannable QR code from your phone, tables spaciously separated practicing social distancing and a rigorous cleaning plan has been put into place.
Searsucker Las Vegas is open for dinner Thursdays from 5pm to 9pm, Fridays from 5pm to 10pm, Saturdays from noon to 10pm, and Sundays from noon to 8pm. Reservations are advised due to the limited capacity and can be made by visiting https://searsucker.com or calling 702-866-1800.
