Enjoy a choice of traditional Red Pozole: Smoky Mexican stew made with pork and hominy, garnished with onion, cabbage, radish, avocado, oregano, and lime, and served with house tortilla chips and roasted arbol salsa; or try the new Green Pozole: Seasoned pulled chicken simmered with broth and hominy, garnished with fresh cilantro, shredded cabbage, onions, shaved radish, lime, and avocado, and served with tortilla chips and roasted arbol salsa.
