STK Steakhouse is giving guests more than one way to celebrate endless summer with refreshing new Brunch Cocktails, Bottles & Boards promotion and the inaugural Ladies of STK DJ Tour.
STK is turning up the volume on weekend brunch with fresh cocktails and spritzes that pay tribute to classic beverages while boasting a craveable twist. Now available during brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., enjoy the premium cocktails and spritzes including:
· Espresso Martini made with Tito’s vodka, Owen’s nitro-infused espresso and Giffard creme de cacao
· Marvelous Mary made with Ketel One Vodka, bloody mary mix, Nueske’s Bacon & blue cheese olive skewer, celery stick and tajin rim
· Tequila Sunrise made with Patron Silver Tequila, fresh orange juice and luxardo
· Red Sangria made with a red blend, sangria mix and Chambord
· Summer Refresher made with La Marca prosecco and Red Bull RED Edition
Another unique offering now at the table is the ability to ‘Spritz Three Ways’ featuring:
· Stiletto Spritz made with Grey Goose le citron vodka, St. Germain, La Marca prosecco, muddled cucumber and mint
· Aperol Spritz made with Aperol and La Marca prosecco
· Rose Spritz made with St. Germain and La Marca prosecco rose
Experience the vibe every Friday and Saturday at STK Steakhouse starting at 10:30 p.m. with a Bottles & Boards package for $249 each. Guests can choose one bottle and one board from each of the following categories:
Boards
· STK bites inclusive of lil’ BRGs, jalapeno pickled shrimp, miso-glazed Chilean seabass, grilled Chimi filet, salmon slider, beef tartare and scallop ceviche
· Chef’s cheese selection which includes the chef’s choice of cheeses plus crostini, bacon jam, honey, crackers, grapes, dried fruits and almonds
· Dessert board with warm cookies, STK donuts, chocolate cake and apple pie
· Wagyu upgrade (+$99) featuring American Masami bone marrow, 4 oz. Australian hanger steak, A5 Japanese tacos and 3 oz. A5 Japanese top strip

· 1.5L magnum of Whispering Angel rose
· 1.5L magnum of La Marca prosecco
· 375ML bottle of Casamigos complete with Fever Tree soda water, grapefruit, mixers and Red Bull
· 375ML bottle of Tito’s Vodka complete with Fever Tree soda water, grapefruit, mixers and Red Bull
Alongside the Bottles & Boards launch is an exclusive stop on the Ladies of STK DJ Tour. Vegas is the fifth tour stop, featuring select artists from throughout the country. Starting at 8 p.m. until midnight Friday through Sunday, listen to sets from Ree Dee La Vega, L1, Chitown Shani and DJ Vida. In addition, the tour will feature surprise giveaways, including STK Steakhouse Chef’s Tasting Experiences, exclusive merchandise and more. Guests are encouraged to vote for their favorite DJ each evening online via STK’s website and/or using a QR code that will be available in-restaurant.
