After dinner, a trained server will guide adventure-seeking guests through the restaurant’s extensive absinthe selection. The tableside presentation is complete with meticulous steps designed to create a customized concoction. Guests are encouraged to take photos of the extraordinary demonstration and trust us – it surely is a Tweet-worthy photo opp.

  • Guacamole-lovers will be fascinated by the interactive Tableside Guacamole presentation at MGM Grand’s Diego. The quality of Diego’s ingredients is displayed on a mobile cart that is rolled up to each table. Fresh avocados, onions, sun-dried tomatoes, limes and Serrano chilies are intricately prepped and mixed in a colorful glass bowl tableside. Created by Executive Chef Christina Olivarez, winner of Food Network’s “Chopped,” the menu at Diego offers the freshest and most authentic Mexican cuisine in Las Vegas.

  • Joël Robuchon Restaurant at MGM Grand offers a variety of tableside presentations including bread, cheese and dessert carts that complete the Michelin Three-Star experience. The Cheese Cart features 15-20 gourmet cheeses properly cut and paired with the appropriate breads by servers trained to understand the history of cheeses and to provide the exquisite pairings.
