It’s no tricks and all treats at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas this Halloween. From tasty seasonal dishes to thrilling nightlife experiences, The Cosmopolitan is celebrating with just the right amount of wrong all weekend long.

Marquee Nightclub

Guests are invited to grab their most frightening costume and join the FREAQSHOW at Marquee Nightclub. The 60,000 square-foot party destination will transform into a sinister circus themed event with state-of-the-art production, booming basslines and world-class performers, culminating in a $10,000 costume contest on Sunday, Oct. 30.

Beauty & Essex

Beauty & Essex will have two Halloween-inspired specialty menu items available Saturday, Oct. 29 – Monday, Oct. 31. Perfect for sharing, guests can feast on the Ghost Chili Braised Pork Belly Tacos ($24), served with gooseberry salsa and black crema or the Pork Tomahawk ($95), a four bone Berkshire pork rack served with roasted winter root vegetables, butternut squash puree, smoked cranberry and port wine jus.

China Poblano

Celebrate Dia de los Muertos at José Andrés’ world-renowned China Poblano. In honor of the holiday, China Poblano will feature an exclusive menu honoring Diana Kennedy, a cookbook author and culinary anthropologist responsible for making traditional Mexican cooking approachable to home chefs everywhere – available Monday, Oct. 24 through Friday, Nov. 4.

Menu highlights include Mole de Olla, a savory oxtail and beef shank stew, and two savory tamales—Tamal de Comote made with sweet potato masa and Tamal De Pato con Mole Negro, filled with slow roasted duck. Be sure to end the meal with La Calavera, a seasonal sugar skull dessert inspired by the holiday.

Milk Bar

Christina Tosi’s renowned Milk Bar is bringing back its tantalizing lineup of apple-themed delights inspired by Autumn. Indulge in an Apple Cider Donut Cake (starting at $62), a three-layered cake with fluffy donut sugar frosting, tart apple cider jam, caramelized donut crumbs throughout every layer and a red apple crumb topping. For a portable version, the Apple Cider Donut Cake Truffles ($32) feature a fried apple donut coated in thin white chocolate and sprinkled with donut sugar sand.

Starting Oct. 17, Milk Bar will also offer an exclusive Pumpkin Milk Bar Pie, a decadent remix of a southern chess pie that combines the quintessential pumpkin flavor you can’t resist during fall with the gooey, fudgy consistency of pecan pie.

Celebrate Halloween at STK with lively holiday lunch and dinner programming, limited time menus and a live DJ.

Available through Nov. 30, enjoy STK’s signature dishes alongside a seasonal pumpkin menu featuring innovative new menu items like Pumpkin Tortellini & Dungeness Crab with Sage Butter ($69) served alongside champagne confit mushrooms, pecorino and pine nuts, and a thoughtfully reimagined Pumpkin Pie ($17) served with caramelized pepitas, whipped ginger cream and crunchy toffee. Be sure to pair the delicious bites with seasonal holiday cocktails including Pumpkin Spiced Espresso Martini ($27), made with New Amsterdam vodka, espresso, pumpkin pie syrup, cream and a cinnamon sugar rim, and the Pumpkin Spiced Old Fashioned ($27), made with Woodford Reserve, fresh pumpkin, pumpkin pie syrup, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, black walnut bitters, star anise and finished with a brown sugar rim.

Guests are encouraged to dress to impress and don their most ghoulish costumes for photo opportunities with the restaurant’s fa-BOO-lous holiday décor and a chance to win a $250 STK gift card.
