Top of the World, the award-winning restaurant renowned for being one of the most romantic spots in the world, will ignite romance with a selection of specialty dishes, including baked spinach and roasted garlic tortellini with tomato vodka sauce, truffled ricotta, grana Padano and basil and lemon gremolata, priced at $23; an entrée of seared diver scallops accompanied by sage scented butternut squash, lemon garlic butter and crispy prosciutto, priced at $59; and the “Chocolate Cherry Kiss,” rich chocolate cake with a Luxardo cherry compote, white chocolate mousse and cherry chip ice cream, priced at $16.
Featured bottles of rosé to toast to the romantic holiday include Nicolas Feuillatte, priced at $130; Taittinger, priced at $110; and Billecart-Salmon, priced at $210, among others.
