Top of the World Unveils New Spring Menu Selections
Featuring fresh, seasonal flavors and ingredients, the new menu selections are now available.
Top of the World, The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower’s award-winning restaurant towering more than 800 feet above the Las Vegas Strip, has unveiled elevated additions to its menu, including an array of reimagined starters, entrées, seafood, side dishes, desserts and more showcasing seasonal flavors and ingredients.
New starters and salads include heirloom panzanella salad, toasted focaccia topped with heirloom tomatoes, shaved onion, burrata cheese, roasted tomato and rosemary vinaigrette, priced at $21; grilled Skull Island prawns served with garlic butter and salsa verde, priced at $35; baked ricotta cheese sacchetti with tomato vodka sauce, burrata cheese and fried basil, priced at $18; and more. An impressive Fire & Ice seafood display, meant to serve two to four people, features a split 16-ounce Australian lobster tail, king crab, seasonal oysters, clams, mussels and poached shrimp accompanied by garlic butter, assorted house-made sauces and grilled bread, priced at $145.
Elevated entrées include crab and scallop-stuffed Dover sole with corn-habanero cream, acini di pepe pasta and lemon beurre blanc, priced at $56; Berkshire “pastrami” pork chop accompanied by braised red cabbage, black cherry and port, priced at $68; among other savory selections. For guests that prefer plant-based options, a new vegan dish, wild mushroom Bolognese made with rigatoni pasta, cashew cream and fried basil, priced at $43, has also been added to the menu.
Entrées can be paired with updated sides including table side shaved black truffle and garlic parmesan fries, priced at $36; and caramelized heirloom carrots with lemon-ginger beurre blanc and feta and cheddar cheeses, priced at $16.
Guests can end their meal on a sweet note with decadent new desserts featuring a modern twist such as Key Lime Explosion, coconut graham cracker crust, key lime cheesecake, key lime curd and Chantilly cream, priced at $17; On the Rocks, coconut nougatine, rum cake, mojito curd, coconut mousse and mojito jelly, priced at $17; and Blackberries & Basil, lemon olive oil cake with blackberry white chocolate mousse, blackberry basil sorbet and basil streusel, priced at $17.
Located more than 800 feet above Las Vegas in the STRAT Tower, the award-winning Top of the World restaurant features an elegant dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows, offering panoramic views of the city as the restaurant revolves 360 degrees every 80 minutes.
