Simon® Announces Renowned Fashion House Balmain Opened New Boutique at
The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace

Simon®, a real estate investment trust engaged in the ownership of premier shopping, dining, entertainment and mixed-use destinations, announced today that French fashion house Balmain opened a new boutique at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace on May 24, 2025.
Celebrating eight decades in fashion, Balmain offers elegant French style with its exclusive collection of clothing and accessories. Its exquisite elegance and glamor are paired with unmistakable silhouettes, structure and tailoring. This new boutique at Las Vegas’ premier shopping destination will feature approximately 1,668 square feet of men’s and women’s ready-to-wear elements. The brand is joining more than 45 of the world’s most sought-after fashion brands at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, including Balenciaga, Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Rolex, Tom Ford and more.

The new boutique is Balmain’s newest in-store concept that features a serene color palette and delicate features. It blends timeless elegance and modern design with cream-toned curtains, carpet and Pierre Paulin’s iconic “Pumpkin” armchairs, which evoke a protective, voluptuous shell. These soft elements contrast with the sharp lines of triangular columns, concrete floors, and polished stainless steel, creating a sophisticated, inviting space. The concrete floor nods to Balmain’s New York boutique, while the curtains draw inspiration from the Maison’s historic craftsmanship. This boutique reflects the evolution of the Balmain concept, inspired by the refined, warm atmosphere of a Parisian apartment.

In addition to its new location at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, Balmain also has locations at other leading Simon centers across the United States, including Phipps Plaza in Atlanta; Sawgrass Mills in Sunrise, Florida; Desert Hills Premium Outlets in Cabazon, California; Woodbury Common Premium Outlets in Central Valley, New York; and San Marcos Premium Outlets in San Marcos, Texas. It will also be relocating its Houston flagship to The Galleria in Houston this summer.
