Borracha Mexican Cantina, located at Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino in Henderson, will celebrate National Margarita Day with a “Pick Your Poison” margarita special, available exclusively from 4 to 10 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 22.

To toast to the holiday, guests will be able to customize a margarita suited to their preference, including the choice of flavor, including lime, blood orange or mango; type of rim, such as sugar, salt or Tajín; and make it sweet or spicy. Guests enjoy their margaritas in a 16-ounce glass for $16 or make it a 32-ounce margarita bowl for $21.
Guests can pair their drinks with Borracha’s classic Mexican dishes, chicken taquitos, served with poblano cream sauce, sour cream, guacamole, cotija cheese, and a cherry tomato pico, priced at $14; fajitas served with the choice of chicken, grilled mahi-mahi, grilled steak or shrimp, starting at $21; or braised short rib birria, featuring angus short rib, pickled red onion, cotija cheese, fresh lime and served with beans and rice, priced at $32.
Margarita lovers are encouraged join Borracha’s Margarita Club, in which guests who purchase five margaritas will receive a sixth on the house.
