Say “Ciao” to Spring With 19 Variations of Italy’s Quintessential Cocktail
To bring authentic Italian fun and flavors to guests at Park MGM, Eataly Las Vegas is launching ‘Spritz Life,’ a collection of 19 tastebud-awakening spritz variations. With each of Eataly’s restaurants and bars featuring their own unique collection of spritzes, guests are encouraged to explore throughout Eataly and discover the variety of summer sips.
‘Spritz Life’ at Eataly features traditional presentations such as the iconic Aperol Spritz as well as cleverly-crafted twists showcasing Italian liqueurs such as Ramazzotti, Pallini, and Italicus, non-alcoholic options, and more.
Available now at La Pizza & La Pasta, Gran Caffé Milano, L’Aperitivo Bar, and Toscana Ristorante & Bar, guests can traverse through Eataly Las Vegas and live the Spritz Life:

To continue the celebration, Eataly Las Vegas will offer an interactive cocktail-making class on April 25, 2024, hosted by TikTok sensation, Chris Leavitt (@notjustabartender). The class will be dedicated to three special Spritz recipes from the ‘Spritz Life’ menus, with tickets priced at $95 per person.
Eataly Las Vegas is located inside Park MGM and can be accessed through the casino floor or from Las Vegas Boulevard. The venue is open daily from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.
