Award-winning Chef Hubert Keller Combines Affinity for Brews, Cocktails and Brunch
on Sundays at Mandalay Bay
Acclaimed Chef Hubert Keller has combined his affinity for beer and brunch with his new brunch menu at Fleur by Hubert Keller at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. Every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., guests can enjoy decadent brunch fare, brunch-themed cocktails and beers from the restaurant’s extensive selection.
Menu highlights include:
- Hangover Angus Short Rib Benedict served with crispy potato cake, red wine jus and jalapeno hollandaise
- Carnitas Hash with roasted pork, fingerling potatoes, tomatillo salsa and poached eggs
- Red Velvet Pancakes with cream cheese butter and maple syrup
- <Brioche Beignets with vanilla and cherry anglaises
The menu notes recommend beer and cocktail pairings for each dish to create the ultimate brunch experience. The beer list features a variety of selections from around the world including IPAs, American porters, pilsners and saisons. The signature “Hangover Cocktail Menu” includes beverages to cure all ailments such as the option to Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary.
