Fuel, Drowning Pool, Royal Bliss and Local H are closing out Fremont Street Experience’s impressive Rock of Vegas summer concert series lineup. These four rock bands will captivate the audience with hits such as “Shimmer,” “Bodies” and “Save Me” and “Bound on the Floor.” during the free performance on Saturday, August 30 on the 1st Street Stage at 8:00 p.m. in fabulous Downtown Las Vegas.

Fuel burst onto the scene with their 1998 full-length debut album, Sunburn, featuring the massive hit “Shimmer.” Since then the band has sold more than 3.5 million albums in the U.S. Fuel has performed sold out tours all over the world, headlining venues and opening for bands including Aerosmith, Kid Rock, Creed and 3 Doors Down.
Dallas-based heavy metal group Drowning Pool was one of the most promising bands of the early 2000s. Their debut album, Sinner, was certified platinum within six weeks of its release. Their first single, “Bodies,” was one of the most frequently aired videos on MTV by a new band.
Royal Bliss got its start nearly 16 years ago in Salt Lake City, when the band mates got together as kids and started playing songs in their basement. In a career spanning more than a decade the band has created hit songs such as “Save Me” and “We Did Nothing Wrong.”
Local H is an alternative rock band which formed in 1987 in Zion, Illinois. They are perhaps best known for their 1996 hit single “Bound for the Floor.” In 2008 they won the “Chicagoan of the Year” award in the music category.
