EXECUTIVE CHEF THOMAS GRIESE ANNOUNCES SPECIAL HOLIDAY MENUS AT JING LAS VEGAS TO MAKE YOUR HOLIDAYS MAGICAL
The Asian Fusion hotspot in Downtown Summerlin® has special holiday menus for the upcoming holiday season that is sure to delight the senses and help you get into the holiday spirit.
JING Las Vegas located at Downtown Summerlin® is unveiling new seasonal holiday menus in preparation for this year’s holiday season. The menus were created and announced by executive chef Thomas Griese.
Sunday, October 31st – Bloody Sunday, Costume Party Brunch
11 pm – 4pm
The holiday season kicks off this Halloween with Bloody Sunday, a costume party brunch featuring global lifestyle brand IGNITE. This event will offer specialty Halloween-themed items, including:
· Pumpkin “Stack” Pancakes ($16)
· Red Velvet “Bloody” Waffles ($18)
· Halloween Sushi Roll ($18)
The menu will also feature the following specialty cocktails:
· Pumpkin Blini and Martinis
· 3 Specialty Cocktails and Moët & Chandon Champagne Specials
Thursday, November 25th – Thanksgiving
On Thanksgiving Day, JING Las Vegas will be open from 2 pm – 8 pm. The menu will feature the following culinary specials, each with a la carte pricing:
· Thanksgiving Salad ($14)
· Beet Cured Salmon Sashimi ($21)
· Thanksgiving Roasted Turkey ($36)
· Choice of Pecan Pie or Pumpkin Pie ($12)
The menu will also feature the following specialty cocktails:
· Spiced Wine
· Cranberry Sangria
· Apple Cider option for children
Friday, November 26th – Black Friday
On Black Friday, JING Las Vegas will be operating on regular hours, from 4 pm to 2 am. For Black Friday, JING is doing a promotion, where guests 21+ can purchase a gift card between the amounts of $50-$1000 and 20% is gifted back to them in the form of a JING gift card.
December – JING-LE All the Way
For the month of December, JING Las Vegas will have a Christmas tree and have Christmas decorations all around. The music will also be holiday themed. DJs nightly starting at 8:30 pm. JING Las Vegas will be the perfect Instagram-worthy backdrop for your holiday photos.
Friday, December 24th – Christmas Eve
On Christmas Eve, JING Las Vegas will be open from 2 pm to 8 pm, with a special Holiday Happy Hour running from 2 pm to 6 pm and dinner running from 4 pm to 8 pm.
Saturday, December 25th – Christmas Day
On Christmas Day, JING Las Vegas will be open from 2 pm to 8 pm. The menu will feature seasonal options such as:
· “A Christmas Story” Peking Duck Dinner ($48)
· Black Truffle and Blue Fin Tuna Roll ($28)
· Australian Wagyu Beef Wellington ($135 for two)
· Special Holiday Bouche de Noel ($14)
Friday, December 31st – New Year’s Eve
On New Year’s Eve, JING Las Vegas will operate on regular hours, from 4 pm to 2 am. VIP seating begins at 8 pm. A specially curated prixe-fixe menu will be including:
· Amuse-Bouche
· Surf and Turf (1st Course)
· JING’s Famous Peking Duck Salad (1st Course)
· Wok Roasted King Crab, Diver Sea Scallops, Sweet Prawns, Garlic Noodles, Crispy Hong Kong Garlic (2nd Course)
· Pan Seared Dover Sole (3rd Course)
· Wagyu Filet Mignon (4th Course)
· Textures of Chocolate (5th Course)
