La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas
to Offer a Thanksgiving Feast in Celebration of the Holiday

La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway, Morton Group’s elegant restaurant at Wynn Las Vegas which features shareable dishes and extraordinary wines, will offer guests a Thanksgiving feast including four courses, with traditional accompaniments, exclusively available on Thursday, Nov. 23 from 2 to 9 p.m.
Created by Executive Chef William DeMarco, La Cave’s Thanksgiving meal will feature amuse-bouche, salad, entreé and dessert, priced at $74 per person. The first course, a seasonal butternut squash soup with spiced vanilla sabayon and candied hazelnuts, is followed by a salad of kale and quinoa with roasted pumpkin, orange, pomegranate and almonds topped with a cider vinaigrette. The main course of sliced turkey breast will be accompanied by bacon, vegetable, brioche stuffing; port wine cranberry relish; and mashed potatoes with sage gravy. The feast will conclude with a traditional holiday dessert of assorted pies.
Traditional side dishes will also be available to complement the holiday meal. Priced at $14 each, options include blistered green beans with balsamic onions; crispy Brussels sprouts topped with bacon and pomegranate seeds; roasted mushrooms with goat cheese; and candied yams topped with toasted marshmallow. La Cave’s exceptional collection of wines, with varietals from across the globe, will pair well with the holiday feast.
