Embarking on his first tour in six years, Justin Timberlake will bring The 20/20 Experience World Tour to the
MGM Grand Garden Arena Friday, Nov. 29 and Saturday, Nov. 30. In March 2013, the GRAMMY and Emmy Award-winning artist released The 20/20 Experience which is currently the year’s fastest-selling album. It has been certified double platinum in the U.S. and earned Timberlake the biggest first week sales for a male artist in five years. Classical and pop superstar Andrea Bocelli will return to the U.S. in December for a select run of concerts beginning Saturday, Dec. 7 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Bocelli will be joined by conductor Eugene Kohn, soprano Svetla Vassileva and world-renowned guest vocalist Heather Headley. MGM GRAND SHOWCASE BENEFITTING COACHES VS. CANCER
Four Top 25 college basketball programs will be on display at the MGM Grand Garden Arena Saturday, Dec. 21 in this inaugural nationally televised doubleheader. The MGM Grand Showcase will feature Marquette vs. New Mexico and Oklahoma State vs. Colorado with the games benefitting Coaches vs. Cancer, an initiative spearheaded by the National Association of Basketball Coaches and the American Cancer Society. The Coaches vs. Cancer program empowers coaches, their teams and communities to join the fight against cancer by participating in awareness efforts, advocacy programs and fundraising activities. Guided by the Coaches vs. Cancer Council, participating coaches help people with cancer and work toward finding cures to end the disease. They have raised more than $87 million to help the American Cancer Society’s mission.

UFC 168: WEIDMAN vs. SILVA 2
Newly crowned and undefeated UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman (10-0) and former champion Anderson Silva (33-5) will return to the Octagon Saturday, Dec. 28 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. In July, at UFC 162, Weidman, then the No. 1 contender, stunned middleweight champion Silva with a second-round knockout. Fleetwood Mac, one of rock’s most enduring, beloved and successful bands, will close 2013 with a special concert at the MGM Grand Garden Arena Monday, Dec. 30. The multi-GRAMMY Award-winning group and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees recently completed the Fleetwood Mac Live 2013 arena tour, its first since 2009. The tour marked the 35th anniversary of the release of the group’s classic album Rumours, one of the most successful albums in history with sales exceeding 40 million copies.

Nitro Circus founder, ringleader and world-class athlete Travis Pastrana will bring Nitro Circus Live, the action sports spectacle that has become a worldwide hit, back to the MGM Grand Garden Arena Saturday, Jan. 25. Nitro Circus Live will showcase more than 40 of the world’s best action sports athletes performing daring and often record-breaking tricks in freestyle motocross, BMX and skateboarding. In addition, heart-stopping stunts on unique contraptions rarely attempted outside of the Nitro Circus family will be performed. Featuring the stars of Nitro Circus’ hit TV show and 3D film, the tour is led by Pastrana, a 10-time X Games gold medalist in Freestyle Motocross who also has become a fixture on the NASCAR, Supercross and rally racing circuits.

Comedian, actor and writer Rodney Carrington will return to the Hollywood Theatre at MGM Grand with his hilarious stand-up comedy routine December 5 – 14. Carrington has recorded eight comedy albums including Hangin’ with Rodney and Morning Wood, selling more than 3 million copies combined. He also wrote and co-starred in the movie “Beer for My Horses” with country music star Toby Keith. According to Pollstar, Carrington has been one of the Top 10 highest-grossing touring comedians for the last decade. ROCK ‘N’ ROLL FANTASY CAMP
The next installment of Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy Camp at MGM Grand, the highly successful music-magic experience, is November 8 – 10. At Rock’s Rhythm Masters Presented by Modern Drummer, participants will have an up-close-and-personal opportunity to learn from legends who have played and toured with some of music’s greatest acts of all-time including Waddy Wachtel (Stevie Nicks, Keith Richards and James Taylor), Russ Kunkel (Bob Dylan and Neil Young), Leland Sklar (Phil Collins and Jackson Browne) and Danny Kortchmar (James Taylor and Don Henley).
