Guests who present a same-day receipt from any Downtown Summerlin store
will receive at 10% discount at the popular Mexican restaurant on Friday, Nov. 24.
Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, invites Downtown Summerlin shoppers to savor traditional and modern Mexican cuisine while unwinding or refueling in its vibrant hacienda inspired ambiance. The restaurant will be offering a 10% discount on food and drink items for guests with a Downtown Summerlin receipt on Friday, Nov. 24. The offer is valid exclusively on Friday, Nov. 24 with a receipt dated for the same day.
Popular favorites include the enchiladas de mole, made with corn tortillas stuffed with shredded chicken, smothered with a traditional red mole poblano sauce crafted from ancho and pasilla chiles, sesame seeds and peanuts, sprinkled with Cotija cheese and served alongside Mexican-style rice and beans. Guests can also order dishes to share including the flavorful guacamole, made with fresh avocados, tomatoes, onions and a special blend of Pancho’s spices, served with fresh tortilla chips.
