SPOIL MOM AT MGM RESORTS’ MOTHER’S DAY-WORTHY RESTAURANTS

Delightful Brunch and Dinner Menus Available
at Many Fine Dining and Specialty Restaurants

Whether mom prefers a champagne brunch or lavish dinner, MGM Resorts International pays tribute to marvelous mothers with a variety of scrumptious Mother’s Day fare. The talented culinary teams of Bellagio, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, Mirage and Monte Carlo have crafted restaurant menus sure to leave a lasting smile on mom’s face.

A sampling of Mother’s Day brunches includes the MGM Grand Buffet with freshly carved turkey and ham, French toast, cheese blintzes paired with apple-raisin crepes, fresh bakery creations and a bountiful sweet dessert station. At Bellagio, nothing says thank you to mom quite like Fountains Brunch at Jasmine. The decadent brunch includes a tableside bakery, shellfish bar and a Mason jar salad station accompanied by favorites such as eggs benedict, banana-Nutella brioche French toast and savory crepes. At Café Bellagio, the “Breakfast In Bed” menu features a Mimosa cocktail and a Smoked Salmon Frittata along with a Mixed Berry and Yuzu Trifle held together with hibiscus jelly and vanilla bean whipped cream.

Give mom the night off and impress her with a remarkable multi-course dinner skillfully prepared by culinary superstars. Fleur by Hubert Keller at Mandalay Bay offers a five-course menu accentuating springtime flavors with dishes such as the Grilled Salmon Nicoise with lemon vinaigrette and, for dessert, a Banana Cream Tart served alongside Bailey’s ice cream. The Café at Monte Carlo features a three-course menu with selections such as heirloom tomato soup with toasted brioche, seared halibut glazed in a wild mushroom sauce and a warm strawberry shortcake dessert. As a special Mother’s Day treat, select restaurants at The Mirage will provide moms a complimentary glass of Elvio Tintero Moscato d’Asti sparkling wine and a mouth-watering dessert with purchase of an entrée.
