It’s time to huddle up for some March Hoops fun at the D Las Vegas. From March 18-22, guests are invited to score big on the most anticipated games in college basketball with free 12th floor watch parties, private rentable Man Caves, discounted room rates and live casino sports betting from Circa Sports. Additionally, guests will be able to grab a brew or cocktail at the D’s brand-new beverage venue, BarCanada.

the D’s March Hoops festivities will include:

  • Tip-Off in a Man Cave – Hoop fanatics will have the opportunity to boost their baller ratings by renting an exclusive Man Cave at the D. Each Man Cave accommodates groups of eight or more and comes fully equipped with four 70-inch HD TVs, In-Cave Wi-Fi, all-access passes to the main viewing party, live casino sports betting from Circa Sports and stadium-style food and drinks provided by a private cocktail server.

Man Cave pricing is as follows:

    • 6-hour rental in the morning or evening; $300 per person
    • 12-hour rental; $500 per person
  • Blackjack and Basketball – the D will transform its 12th floor Detroit Ballroom into a public viewing party. To up the ante, guests also will be able to participate in craps and blackjack games located in the middle of all the action.
  • Beers at BarCanada – the D’s newest concept, BarCanada, will debut just days before the start of the March Hoops tournament. The hockey-inspired bar pays an ode to Canadian sports and culture and is adorned with 85-inch TVs, a 20-seater bar and features a food menu from D Grill.

Celebrate College Basketball at the Month-Long Free Event

Join the Madness of March as Fremont Street Experience celebrates college basketball. Sports fans are invited to take part in the month-long event, March Hoops, now through Wednesday, March 28. Beginning March 13, the world’s largest NCAA bracket will be displayed on the 1,500-foot long Viva Vision screen, which will be updated daily throughout the NCAA tournament.

March Hoops at Fremont Street Experience features free entertainment every night with two sexy stage shows — Hardwood Hotties and Dream Team Divas by Face Productions — and the High Hoops Zone interactive area where guests can test their skills at 20-, 25- and 30-foot basketball hoops.

Hardwood Hotties is a high-energy show featuring dancers, singers and a silk act. Songs like AC-DC’s “Shook Me All Night Long”, Katy Perry’s “Firework” and Maroon 5’s “Moves Like Jagger” will surely get the crowd going. Dream Team Divas opens with the quintessential sports song “Lets Get Ready to Rumble” and then the singing and dance troupe will play some of a today’s top hits like Lady Gaga’s “Pokerface”, Ke$ha’s “We R Who We R” and Beyonce’s “Run the World” mixed with sports songs like Lil Bow Wow’s “Basketball” and “Na NA NA NA” (Hey Hey Good Bye.) The entertainment schedule is as follows:

Also playing March 15-18 during the first weekend of the NCAA Tournament are the Red Not Chili Peppers (Tribute Band) and Vegas U2 (Tribute Band). During the Sweet Sixteen weekend March 22-25, L.A. Vation (U2 Tribute Band) and Wanted (Bon Jovi Tribute Band) will hit the stage.

Drink specials will be available throughout the month of March: Captain Morgan Black, Crown Royal and Bushmills Irish Honey Whiskey.

Join the Madness of March as Fremont Street Experience celebrates college basketball with March Hoops, a month-long event from Thursday, March 1 through Friday, March 28 and NASCAR Weekend with Race Jam from Thursday, March 8 to Sunday, March 11.  Additionally, “paint downtown green” on St. Patrick’s Day with drink specials and free entertainment all weekend.

March Hoops at Fremont Street Experience features free entertainment every night with two high-energy, sexy stage shows featuring dancers and singers — Hardwood Hotties (Tuesdays – Sundays) and Dream Team Divas (Wednesdays – Mondays) by Face Productions — and the High Hoops Zone interactive area where guests can test their skills at 20-, 25- and 30-foot basketball hoops. From Thursday, March 8 to Sunday, March 11 the spirit of NASCAR will take over Fremont Street Experience.  With plenty of fast-paced fun, the racing weekend will feature drink specials, NASCAR merchandise booths and three days of rocking entertainment with AC/DC tribute band Bonfire, Red Not Chili Peppers, Arena and Jay Bolan Band.

 

St. Patrick’s Day
Fremont Street Experience invites Las Vegas locals and tourists to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day all weekend long with free concerts from Thursday, March 15 to Sunday, March 18. Tribute bands Vegas U2 and Red Not Chili Peppers will be on hand for those who want to rock out.  Feeling a little bit more Irish, enjoy traditional and Celtic music with special appearances from legendary bands Finnegan’s Wake and Whiskey Galore on March 17.
