Celebrate National Espresso Day at Via Brasil Steakhouse with the restaurant’s VBS Signature Espresso Martini. The cocktail is made by pouring the restaurant’s housemade cherry- and espresso- infused Cachaca over Frangelico (hazelnut) liqueur-infused ice cream. The cocktail is served in a sophisticated martini glass.
Rodizio Thanksgiving at Via Brasil– UPDATED

This Thanksgiving, Via Brasil Steakhouse is pulling out all the stops for a Rodizio Thanksgiving. This all-you-can-eat feast prepared by Chef Jimmy Garibay will offer all of the traditional Thanksgiving fixings. Whole 24-pound turkeys will be carved tableside, and patrons will be able to choose from whatever parts they want. The restaurant’s gourmet appetizer bar will serve a buffet of 35 different Thanksgiving dishes. Via Brasil will also serve four side dishes per table, including corn, stuffing and more. The restaurant’s usual rodizio meats, including Picanha (top sirloin), Porterhouse, New York steak, Lamb Chops and Filet Mignon will also be available all-you-can-eat. Guests can try the restaurant’s special pumpkin cheesecake for dessert at an additional cost. Via Brasil’s all-you-can-eat Thanksgiving lunch, $39.99, will be served from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and will include turkey and 15 other meats carved tableside, an appetizer bar and four side dishes. The all-you-can-eat Thanksgiving dinner, $49.99, will be served from 3 to 9 p.m. and will include turkey and 21 other meats, an appetizer bar and four side dishes. Black Friday shoppers receive 20 percent off on their bill when they show a receipt dated Friday, Nov. 27 at a nearby shopping establishment.
New Bar Menu and Market Price Specials– UPDATED
Via Brasil Steakhouse has updated its bar menu with delicious fall-ready favorites created by Chef Jimmy Garibay. New dishes that bar patrons can enjoy at the restaurant include a loaded Brazilian Hot Dog ($9.50), Margherita Lobster Flatbread ($19.50), Spiced Apple Pork Chop ($14.50) and more. In addition to the new fall flavors, Via Brasil is now serving a new Market Price Menu during happy hour and beyond. Guests can enjoy lobster tail, king crab legs, porterhouse steak and seafood changing seasonally as part of the menu. These dishes will be aggressively priced, and prices will update weekly to ensure the best deal in town. The Market Price Menu can be enjoyed on its own at the bar and patio, or as an add-on to guests enjoying the Rodizio Prime, Rodizio Sterling or salad bar dinner options.

Via Brasil Steakhouse is now taking reservations for the 2015 holiday party season for groups of all sizes. The restaurant is offering an unmatched variety of all-inclusive options to those looking to book an elegant holiday party at an affordable price. Via Brasil’s private dining room can accommodate up to 80 guests and is available with wireless microphones, a podium, two 100-inch screens for presentations and videos, a sound system with separable speakers, custom wall lighting, a dance floor and all necessary silverware, plates, glasses, tables and chairs. The first of two semi-private dining rooms can host up to 70 guests and is available with the use of wireless microphones, custom wall lighting and all necessary silverware, plates, glasses, tables and chairs. The second semi-private room, able to accommodate up to 150 guests, comes with the use of wireless microphones, a podium, two 100-inch screens for presentations and videos, a sound system with separable speakers, custom wall lighting, a dance floor and all necessary silverware, plates, glasses, tables and chairs. Via Brasil Steakhouse is also available for complete corporate buy-outs. The entirety of the restaurant space is able to accommodate 375 guests and is available with the use of all amenities listed above, along with a 150-inch projection screen and two 100-inch screens for presentations and videos nightclub-quality speakers, a lighted waterfall wall, customizable lighting as well as the use of Via Brasil’s outdoor patio seating space.

Happy Hour – UPDATED
Via Brasil’s happy hour is available seven days a week within the restaurant’s bar and outdoor patio. It runs Monday through Thursday 5 p.m. to close and Friday through Sunday 5 to 8 p.m. Cocktails are offered at a reduced price, including $6 Caipirinhas (flavors include strawberry, kiwi and passion fruit). Cocktails utilizing Via Brasil’s house-infused spirits are $2 off during happy hour. Guests can choose from over 30 gourmet dishes during happy hour, including the New York Steak ($12.50), Bacon Wrapped Shrimp ($7.50) and Asparagus Risotto ($6.50). There are also many salads offered during happy hour, including Wedge with romaine, avocado, tomato, egg, bacon and bleu cheese ($5.50), Spinach with apples, raspberries, goat cheese, endive, sunflower seeds ($6) and Kale with carrots, radicchio and radish ($6). During Pro Football games on Monday and Thursday nights, Via Brasil will transform its happy hour into football central.
