The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is excited to introduce Cocktail Hour featuring specialty menus available at participating restaurants within the resort’s renowned food and beverage collection. More than just another Las Vegas happy hour, Cocktail Hour at The Cosmopolitan offers guests a chance to explore the resort’s Restaurant Collection while enjoying special prices on exceptional global cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, an eclectic array of beers, and sommelier-selected wines. Guests and locals can enjoy a pre-dinner selection of signature cocktails and light bites from their favorite restaurants including Beauty & Essex, Blue Ribbon, Estiatorio Milos, Holsteins, Jaleo, Momofuku, Rose. Beauty & Essex will offer buy one, get one cocktails in the lounge area for libations up to $19 in value. Available Wednesday and Thursday, from 6:00 -7:00 p.m.

 

Blue Ribbon will offer $7 beers and $12 wines by the glass in addition to small bites and select desserts. Available Friday-Tuesday, from 5:00 -7:00 p.m.

 

Estiatorio Milos will offer $11 cocktails, $12 Greek wines by the glass and $6 beers. Available Thursday-Sunday, from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.

 

Holsteins will offer $18 Mojito carafes and $11 shared plates in the lounge area. Available Wednesday-Sunday, from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m.

 

Jaleo will offer $6 beer and sangria, $8 Spanish Bramble cocktail, and $8 select wines by the glass. Delectable tapas will be available a la carte for $5. Available Tuesday-Saturday, from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.

 

Momofuku will offer sake and seasonal nonalcoholic slushies for $8 as well as $8 individual bites. Available Thursday-Monday, from 5:00 -7:00 p.m.

 

Rose. Rabbit. Lie. will offer $10 wines and cocktails, including iconic libations Embarrassment of Riches and Happy Ending, inside the The Study. Guest will also be able to nosh on light bites in the quaint speakeasy. Available Thursday-Saturday, from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.

 

Scarpetta will offer $8 beer, select wines and Aperol spritzes. A selection of pastas and shared plates will also be available for $7. Available Friday-Tuesday, from 5:30 -7:00 p.m.

 

STK will offer half-priced specialty cocktails, $10 Justin cabernet and $10 Vievite Rosé in the lounge. Guests will also be able to choose from a selection of $7 shared plates to enjoy. Available daily, from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.

Zuma will offer discounted shared and individual plates, as well as $7 Sapporo or Sapporo light, $14 select cocktails, $25 Beau Joie champagne and rosé by the glass, and $19 signature sake. Available Wednesday-Sunday, from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.

 

Weekend Bottomless Brunch

The Cosmopolitan now offers guests two brunch experiences to enjoy bottomless beverages, world-class food and playful luxury with friends.

 

Wicked Spoon is one of the only buffets currently open on the Las Vegas Strip. Guests can enjoy the buffet’s signature bold flavors during the revamped experience, featuring individually plated items served by attendants. Beginning Friday, Sept. 4 through Monday, Sept. 7, Wicked Spoon will add specialty items to the standard menu for Labor Day weekend including Crawfish Boil, Miso Corn Cobbett, Thai Chili Lime Chicken Wings, Balsamic Glazed Kansas City Ribs, a Wicked BBQ Plate featuring an array of BBQ favorites, and a variety of Cold Seafood Bar selections. Bottomless beverage packages are available and include mimosas, champagne, Bloody Mary’s and more. In welcoming guests back to the lavish buffet, Wicked Spoon has implemented increased health and safety protocols while still maintaining a true Las Vegas-buffet experience.

Located just off the casino floor, The Cosmopolitan’s Race & Sports Book, powered by William Hill, is a spacious, comfortable lounge for sports betting and viewing featuring state-of-the-art LED video walls and hi-definition television screens, the latest in mobile-wagering technology, more than 20 video poker machines, traditional betting stations and an exclusive VIP betting area.

 

For those looking to cheer on the Vegas Golden Knights in an elevated setting, the Race & Sports Book offers a specialty Vegas Golden Knights cocktail menu on VGK game days throughout the 2020 Stanley Cup Playoffs. Guests can enjoy an additional shot of Fireball, 8-Ball or Skrewball for $5 with the purchase of a VGK cocktail. The menu of playfully named libations includes a whisky-based The Playmaker, Jameson-based Knight’s Mule, and Don Julio Blanco-based In The Net.
