Elevated Dishes to Celebrate Thanksgiving
The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower will invite guests to gather and give thanks with featured Thanksgiving dishes at Top of the World, PT’s Wings & Sports, STRAT Café and McCall’s Heartland Grill, available beginning Thursday, Nov. 23.
Top of the World, The STRAT’s iconic 360-degree rotating restaurant, will offer a selection of specialty dishes to honor the holiday, including a kale, apple and walnut salad topped with shaved parmesan, red onion and blueberry and balsamic vinaigrette, priced at $22; a smoked turkey dinner entrée accompanied by cranberry gastrique, sweet potato cake, sage gravy, roasted Brussels sprouts and apple cider vinaigrette, priced at $54; and pumpkin spice cheesecake, priced at $16. The featured dishes, along with the full menu, will be available exclusively on Thursday, Nov. 23.
PT’s Wings & Sports will serve an array of dishes with traditional flavors, including spinach salad with apples, candied pecans and shallot vinaigrette, priced at $11; a turkey bowl, filled with chipotle-glazed turkey breast, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans, a fried turkey wing and gravy, priced at $22; slow roasted turkey served with mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans, caramelized onions and almonds, cranberry relish and traditional gravy, priced at $22; and slices of pumpkin pie, priced at $11. The dishes will be available from Thursday, Nov. 23 through Saturday, Nov. 25 with the option to order as a three-course meal including the salad, choice of turkey entrée and pumpkin pie priced $39.
STRAT Café will offer a festive Thanksgiving hoagie, stuffed with slow-roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing and mayo, served with french fries. The dish will be priced at $18 and available from Thursday, Nov. 23 through Saturday, Nov. 25.
McCall’s Heartland Grill will feature a specialty dish of apple pecan wood-smoked turkey served with spiced haricots verts, herb sausage stuffing, sweet potato puree, candied pecans, orange cranberry relish and gravy, priced at $49 and available from Thursday, Nov. 23 through Saturday, Nov. 25.
