As the leaves change and the nights grow cooler, Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas is heating up with a dynamic entertainment lineup featuring some of today’s biggest acts all October long. Upholding its title as the “Best Music Venue” in Las Vegas, “Rocktober” at the Bowl will be a star-studded affair featuring must-see performances from Goose, The Hold Steady, The Gaslight Anthem, The Darkness, Marc Rebillet, Lil Yachty and Nickel Creek in addition to the official, highly-anticipated When We Were Young Festival Sideshows and the first date of Marc Rebillet’s first-ever residency

Goose (Oct. 1)

One of the most prominent bands to recently hit the jam scene, Goose has taken the live music scene by storm with their infectious blend of rock, funk and improvisational jamming. The Connecticut based band has carefully cultivated a dedicated following thanks to their ability to create a unique musical narrative every time they take the stage, with no two sets ever being the same.
The Gaslight Anthem (Oct. 4)

After embarking on their first world tour in four years, The Gaslight Anthem will be bringing their unique blend of classic rock, punk energy and lyrical storytelling to the Bowl. Raw, genuine and deeply poetic, the band’s music simultaneously captures the electric energy of rock n roll while tugging at your heartstrings. “Positive Charge,” the band’s newest single encourages their listeners to believe that their best years are not behind them and to embrace the future with an open heart and open mind.
The Hold Steady (Oct. 7)

Making their first Las Vegas appearance in just under a decade, The Hold Steady is set for a double-headlining show with Built to Spill to celebrate the 20-year anniversary of the band’s formation. Boasting an incredible nine studio albums, the band’s music bridges the gap between punk and classic rock with their distinct brand of storytelling and anthemic melodies. To mark this occasion, the band will also be hosting an exclusive Fan Club Experience complete with bowling and a football watch party brunch at the Bowl.
The Darkness (Oct. 8)

Beloved British rock band The Darkness will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of their multi-platinum, chart-topping debut album “Permission to Land” at the Bowl. Bringing their own brand of flashy outfits, infectious hooks and glam-rock flare, the band will be performing their critically-acclaimed album in full in addition to a “Best of the Rest” set stuffed to the gills with all the hits and fan favorites from their six subsequent studio albums.
Marc Rebillet (Oct. 14 & 28)

Affectionately known as “Loop Daddy,” Marc Rebillet is best known for his genre-defying musical style that effortlessly combines his penchant for improvising loops and melodies with unapologetic comedy and his trademark funk. Described as a one-man improvised meltdown, Rebillet is a classically trained pianist who’s shows are anything but traditional. Armed with a keyboard, loop machine, boxers and the occasional bath robe, Marc’s off-the-cuff style refuses to be bound by conventions, often times jumping from topic to topic and genre to genre, creating an artistic, yet unhinged musical experience in where no two shows are the same. Marc’s upcoming set of shows will also make history as the first-ever residency for both Brooklyn Bowl and Marc himself.
Nickel Creek (Oct. 15)

Comprised of Chris Thile and siblings Sara and Sean Watkins, multi-platinum, GRAMMY Award-winning bluegrass trio Nickel Creek masterfully weaves a musical tapestry of folk, bluegrass and contemporary influences to create their deeply intimate brand of music. The band’s first performance can be traced back to a pizza restaurant in Carlsbad, California. After years of touring bluegrass festivals throughout the states, the band eventually found themselves among some of the scene’s biggest names, earning multiple chart-topping positions and awards. Recently, the band is getting ready to release “Celebrants,” their latest 18-track album that dives into themes of love, friendship and time.
When We Were Young Sideshow: Sum 41 (Oct. 20)
with Bowling for Soup, Plain White T’s, Strange 80’s, Your Broken Hero

Multi-platinum pop punk outfit Sum 41 is one of the most recognizable names in the modern rock scene, boasting multiple RIAA certified Gold and Platinum albums and awards. The band’s debut album “All Killer No Filler” took the scene by storm, taking top 50 positions all around the world and a multi-platinum certification by Music Canada. The band would follow up with “Does This Look Infected?,” “Chuck” and “Underclass Hero,” all earning Platinum certifications by Music Canada. The band is considered one of the top 10 best selling bands in Canada and boasts an expansive discography spanning seven studio albums, three live albums, four EP’s and 24 singles.
When We Were Young Sideshow: Emo Night Brooklyn (Saturday, Oct. 21 and Sunday, Oct. 22)

Bring it back to the early 2000’s with a late-night rager featuring your favorite angsty punk and emo anthems. One of the Bowl’s most beloved theme nights, Emo Night Brooklyn, will be returning to the Bowl as the official When We Were Young afterparty with exclusive special guests from the festival on both nights, including Thomas Ian Nicholas, Chris Freeman of Pansy Division, Jordan Pundik and Cyrus Bolooki of New Found Glory and JR and Matt Yonker from Less Than Jake.
Lil Yachty

Best known for his whimsical take on trap and hip-hop, Lil Yachty embarked on a brand-new voyage earlier this year, marking his departure from grimy snares and 808 kicks to the melodic driven soundscapes of psych rock.
