On Monday, Aug. 31, The LINQ Promenade invites the public to celebrate National Eat Outside Day and enjoy its diverse roster of outdoor dining experiences with tempting options from breakfast to lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night bites. While social distancing remains top of mind, The LINQ Promenade’s open-air district provides an ideal setting for guests to enjoy outdoor patio dining at numerous restaurants.

Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar: The two-story restaurant offers spacious patios on both levels and outdoor seating with an unobstructed view of High Roller. Open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar proudly serves a variety of burritos, fajitas, tacos, enchiladas, burgers, sandwiches and salads. A complete breakfast menu featuring the Chayo Breakfast Burrito, buttermilk pancakes and steak and eggs is served daily from opening to 1 p.m. In addition, for $22 with the purchase of an entrée, guests can enjoy bottomless mimosas for two hours.

Favorite Bistro: At this elegant venue with an appealing outdoor setting, guests can savor Favorite Bistro’s French cuisine with American flair. Favorite Bistro combines traditions to create a uniquely Las Vegas dining experience. Le Petit Déjeuner (breakfast) menu includes French toast, avocado toast, lobster benedicts served on a freshly baked croissant, as well as the Breakfast in Paris – a buttery croissant, juice and coffee. Meanwhile the lunch and dinner menu selections include classics such as Escargot, croque monsieur or steak frites, as well as a Hangover Burger. Favorite Bistro is open Sunday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.; breakfast is served daily until 2 p.m.

Maxie’s: Breakfast and lunch are served up in Maxie’s outdoor dining area near the base of the High Roller Observation Wheel daily from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The menu features ostentatious breakfast and lunch classics, such as their towering benedicts and Cotton Candy Pancakes, as well as a collection of contemporary deli dishes and vibrant milkshakes.

Off The Strip Bistro + Bar: A Las Vegas locals’ favorite since 2007, Off The Strip offers guests classic bistro and bar comfort food and genuine, personalized service on their outdoor patio. Open Monday through Thursday from 12 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to midnight, Off The Strip Bistro + Bar serves an array of starters, salads, brunch items, fresh and fit bowls and signature dishes such as Chicken Parmigiana and Lobster Ravioli.

Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza: With a 1,200-square-foot patio, Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza offers a large outdoor space for guests to enjoy Monday through Thurs from 12 to 11 p.m., Friday 12 p.m. to 12 a.m., Saturday 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. The creative menu includes individual brick oven-style pizzas, pasta dishes, sandwiches and salads. The pizzeria also features handcrafted and barrel-aged cocktails, as well as an extensive craft beer menu. On the go? They offer a to-go window serving fresh-made slices Monday through Friday from12 p.m. to 2 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.

In-N-Out Burger: Located near the fountain stage, In-N-Out Burger’s scenic patio area is ideal for enjoying fresh burgers, hand-cut French fries and its signature shakes daily from 10:30 a.m. to 1 a.m.

Virgil’s Real BBQ: The two-story Virgil’s Real BBQ boasts patios on both levels and is also available for pick-up or delivery direct to your pool chair or cabana at the neighboring LINQ Pool. Virgil’s is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to midnight, Saturday from 8 a.m. to midnight and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Sit outside and enjoy views of High Roller and The LINQ Promenade while savoring world-famous BBQ tastes of Tennessee, Kentucky, Texas, the Carolinas and Missouri with menu items such as Texas Beef Brisket and the Carolina Pulled Pork Sandwich. With a brand-new grab n’ go window for late-night eats, Virgil’s Real Barbecue is also serving their most popular menu items for takeout on Fridays and Saturdays from 11 p.m. to closing.

Yard House: Adjacent to High Roller is one of Yard House’s largest locations open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to midnight and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. With a two-level outdoor patio and beer garden space, guests enjoy panoramic views of The LINQ Promenade. The extensive menu of contemporary American cuisine features appetizers, salads, pastas, sandwiches, street tacos, grilled burgers, individual-size pizzas, seafood, steaks and ribs.

ameriCAN Beer & Cocktails: In the heart of The LINQ Promenade, guests can enjoy ameriCAN’s open outdoor patio daily from 11 a.m. to midnight. ameriCAN’s food menu includes all-American snack foods such as corn dogs, soft pretzels, chips and popcorn, while its extensive drink menu comprises cocktails and nearly 70 canned beers. Happy hour specials include $5 beers from every time zone 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. daily.

The LINQ Promenade has implemented Caesars Entertainment, Inc.’s (“Caesars”) new health and safety protocols, which enhance its existing plans and practices in these areas. All Caesars properties are focused on the well-being of team members, guests and the community, and continue to work to create an environment with high standards of sanitization and physical distancing practices. Among the enhanced health and safety protocols include more frequent cleaning and sanitization. Caesars has also implemented a health screening program for all employees.
