Country Music Singer and Songwriter Riley Green to Perform at Mandalay Bay Beach in Las Vegas Sunday, May 29, 2022

Country music singer and songwriter Riley Green will perform as part of the Concerts on the Beach Series at Mandalay Bay Beach at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino Sunday, May 29, 2022. Doors will open at 8 p.m. and the show is scheduled to start at 9 p.m.
Tickets starting at $45 (inclusive of tax and fees) go on sale Friday, March 11 at 10 a.m. PST. Members of MGM Rewards, MGM Resorts International’s reimagined loyalty rewards program, will receive access to a pre-sale running Thursday, March 10 from 10 a.m. PST to 10 p.m. PST. VIP ticket purchasers will have the opportunity to view concerts from Moorea Beach Club, providing an elevated panoramic view of the stage as well as access to a VIP entry line, private restrooms and bar service.
Born in Jacksonville, Alabama, Riley Green was raised on the sounds of traditional Country, Bluegrass, and Southern Gospel music. He learned the spirit of songwriting and performing at a young age while spending time with his grandfather, Bufford Green, who ran the Golden Saw Music Hall. Green shared the stage with his grandfather as well as other men of his generation, laying a foundation for the songs he’d craft in the years to come.
His full-length debut album Different’ Round Here was released in 2019 via BMLG Records and has produced Platinum-certified No. 1 hit “There Was This Girl” and Platinum-certified single “I Wish Grandpas Never Died” – a song People praised “might take him to a whole new stratosphere,” and one he shares co-writing credits posthumously alongside his two grandfathers. Highlighting his Southern roots and relatability, he co-wrote each track on the album, offering a perspective Rolling Stone describes as “Drinks-in-the-air Nineties country at an Alabama vs. Auburn tailgate.”
Green has been named ACM Awards New Artist of the Year, nominated for Best New Country Artist at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, voted as one of CRS’ 2020 New Faces and was highlighted as MusicRow’s Breakout Artist of the Year. Green also was selected as a CMT “Listen Up Artist” and one of MusicRow’s 2019 “Next Big Things.”
An in-demand headliner, Green will bring his We Out Here Tour to Nashville on July 3 as a kickoff to one of the largest Independence Day weekends in the country. He also will join Luke Bryan’s Raised Up Right Tour and a select stop on Brooks & Dunn’s REBOOT 2022 TOUR this year in the US before heading to Canada with Luke Combs.
