DIERKS BENTLEY CONTINUES ONE OF THE MOST AUTHENTIC JOURNEYS IN COUNTRY MUSIC WITH NINTH STUDIO ALBUM THE MOUNTAIN – AVAILABLE JUNE 8TH

DIERKS BENTLEY CONTINUES ONE OF THE MOST AUTHENTIC JOURNEYS IN
COUNTRY MUSIC WITH NINTH STUDIO ALBUM THE MOUNTAIN
– AVAILABLE JUNE 8TH

The Inspiring 13-Track Climb Features Collaborations with Brothers Osborne, Brandi Carlile and
World Renowned Bluegrass Musicians Sam Bush, Jerry Douglas and Tim O’Brien

THE MOUNTAIN is Available for Pre-Order Tomorrow (4/13) with An Instant Download of Title Track

Multi-PLATINUM selling singer/songwriter Dierks Bentley has built a reputation as both a forever-young drifter and a dedicated family man, put in millions of miles on headlining tours and taken the fearless stylistic detours of a truly authentic artist. He continues that journey with his highly anticipated ninth studio album, THE MOUNTAIN (Capitol Records Nashville), set for release June 8th. Reaching a new creative high, Bentley co-wrote 10 of the 13 new tracks that are unified by themes of presence and positivity, and range in style from textured rock to acoustic folk, feeling both rooted and expansive at the same time.

THE MOUNTAIN’s story begins in the Rocky Mountain resort town of Telluride, Colorado, which every summer plays host to a celebrated bluegrass festival. Owing to his well-documented love of the genre, Bentley has attended the festival multiple times over the years, always making a point to slow down and tune back in to the world around him. But after performing on the festival’s main stage in 2017, the idyllic surroundings became more than a much-needed getaway.

“I found myself there, constantly reaching for my guitar,” Bentley said. “It was like a gravitational pull. That town and those people just make you want to be creative, I couldn’t describe it. I was like ‘How do I tell everyone in Nashville this is what I want to write about?’ I realized I couldn’t bring it back, so I had to take everyone out there.”

Returning that August with six of his most trusted songwriting collaborators, Bentley and his fellow ‘Telluwriters’ all bunked up in a small house, explored the area and dug deep into the peaceful, reflective vibes he was feeling. They had five days to work with and were hoping to write eight songs…but ended up with nearly twice that number, forming the core of the record. Bentley returned to Telluride with his production team Ross Copperman, Jon Randall Stewart and Arturo Buenahora Jr to a tucked-away hideout called Studio in the Clouds last November to record. Perched high on a mesa, its tracking room overlooking the endless Rocky Mountain landscape, THE MOUNTAIN rose up in earnest.

“For me it’s the best of both worlds, and it feels like something new. It’s powerful but also happy, with acoustic sensibility mixed in with the big sounds I like to have for the road,” Bentley added. “They are the songs I’d play for somebody to say, ‘This is who I am right now.’”

THE MOUNTAIN Track Listing:

1. Burning Man (Feat. Brothers Osborne)
2. The Mountain
3. Living
4. Woman, Amen
5. You Can’t Bring Me Down
6. Nothing On But The Stars
7. Goodbye In Telluride
8. My Religion
9. One Way
10. Son Of The Sun
11. Stranger To Myself
12. Travelin’ Light (Feat. Brandi Carlile)
13. How I’m Going Out

After 15 years in Country music, the mountains Bentley has climbed could form a range of their own. To date, the Arizona native has scored 17 No. Ones and 13 GRAMMY nominations – including at least one stemming from each of his last six albums. Bentley has amassed more than one billion digital streams, countless additional nominations from the ACM, CMA and Billboard Music Awards and has been a Grand Ole Opry member for over a decade. After his 2017 tour claimed the top spot on Billboard’s Hot Tours selling over 750,000 tickets, Bentley will fuel arenas and amphitheaters throughout the summer with his 2018 MOUNTAIN HIGH TOUR, launching May 18th in Columbia, MD. BRETT YOUNG’S BREAKOUT 2017 MARKED BY IMPRESSIVE MILESTONES INCLUDING SOLD-OUT DEBUT HEADLINING CALIVILLE TOUR,
CHART-TOPPING SONGS, RIAA CERTIFICATIONS AND MORE

Only Artist In Country Genre to Land on Billboard’s
Year End Top New Artists Chart

Brett Young released his debut self-titled album (BMLG Records) at the start of 2017 (2/10), instantly making waves in Country music as fans and critics took notice of his “confessional, soulful” (Entertainment Weekly) music. “Destined for mass appeal” (Rolling Stone), the album quickly reached RIAA GOLD Certification – one of only three Country albums released this year to do so – and landed in Sounds Like Nashville’s 20 Best Country Albums of 2017 list.

The singer/songwriter has “taken Country radio by storm” (Billboard), with his PLATINUM-selling lead single “Sleep Without You” climbing to the top of the Country radio charts. Young’s follow-up single “In Case You Didn’t Know” saw overwhelming response as the first Country song released in 2017 to reach PLATINUM-certification status – one of only two Country songs released in 2017 to earn the honor – soon going 2X PLATINUM. The New York Times included the 2X PLATINUM track in their 54 Best Songs of 2017 list, calling it “one of this year’s most impressive pop songs.” It is also among Pandora listeners’ 50 favorite songs of 2017, and Sounds Like Nashville included it in their 25 Best Country Singles of 2017 list. The song’s official music video was greeted with matched enthusiasm, surpassing 160 million+ views since its January release, landing among Vevo’s top all-genre videos of 2017. His current GOLD-certified single “Like I Loved You” is Top-5-and-climbing on the charts, continuing to solidify Young as “one of country’s most reliable new hitmakers” (Tennessean).

As one of Country’s hottest artists, superstars took notice, and Young joined Lady Antebellum, Luke Bryan, Thomas Rhett and more on tour this year. In October, he launched his own debut headlining CALIVILLE TOUR, featuring chart-topper Carly Pierce, selling out every stop.

As 2017 comes to a close, Young has landed on multiple Billboard Year End charts, including Top New Artists, the only Country artist to do so. He also landed at No. Two on the Year End Hot Country Songs, Country Digital Songs and Country Streaming Songs charts. ASCAP recognized his “quintessential breakout year,” honoring Young for one of the Most Played Songs of the Year with “Sleep Without You.” Young was named a TicketMaster New Favorite Artist of 2017 and was Shazam’s only Country act included on their Emerging Artists of 2017 list. He also drew prestigious CMA, ACM, Teen Choice Award, CMT Music Awards and AIMP Award nominations.

2018 is already shaping up to be another big year for Young, who is working on new music. He will perform at the College Football Playoff concert in Atlanta January 8 before joining ACM Male Vocalist of the Year Thomas Rhett on his LIFE CHANGES Tour.

LANCO’s 1st No. One “Greatest Love Story” Goes Down In History

LANCO MAKES HISTORY ON BILLBOARD’S COUNTRY AIRPLAY CHART
AND EMERGING ARTISTS CHART WITH FIRST NO. ONE HIT “GREATEST LOVE STORY”
Lead Singer Brandon Lancaster Becomes Only Country Artist In Over a Decade
to Perform and Pen First Chart-Topping Hit Alone

Band’s Authentic Style Resonates Nationwide Landing On Pandora and Hits Magazine “Watch List”

(Entertainment Weekly), lead singer Brandon Lancaster takes credit as the sole writer behind the hit, marking the first time in over ten years an artist’s first No. One on the chart has been solely written by the artist. Simultaneously, this week’s top-selling new group reaches No. One on Billboard’s Emerging Artist Chart ending Dua Lipa’s six-week reign at the top spot on the all-genre chart.

“It’s absolutely incredible to write a song that our entire band has believed in since day one…and for our years of hard work to finally pay off,” said lead singer Brandon Lancaster. “We built our foundation as a band on ‘Greatest Love Story’ because we believed in the power of Country music story telling. To see how much it has resonated with so many people makes us feel little less crazy for believing in it so much. We also acknowledge the hard work effort that is put into achieving this from our team, record label and Country radio and if it wasn’t for them we would probably still playing this song to empty bars for anyone who would listen.”

“Few bands have have generated as much buzz as LANCO” (Pop Culture) as they were just named one of Pandora‘s “2018 Country Artists To Watch” and were also hand selected as this month’s Hits Magazine “Vibe-Raters.”  As their groundswell movement reaches new heights, Lancaster reigns at No. One for a seventh consecutive week on the Top Country Songwriters chart, based on streams, sales and airplay and he serves as the only artist to reach this accolade in 2017. Critics nationwide have raved about LANCO’s “Greatest Love Story,” leaving high exceptions for their forthcoming full-length debut set for release in early 2018.

“A tender first exposure for many listeners, but it just scratches the surface for LANCO. The five-piece offers an energetic live show and songs with an upbeat worldview, a welcome elixir for the pessimism of modern times.” – Billboard

“A sentimental misfit’s anthem, powered by sweeping romanticism and emotive lyricism.”— Hits Magazine

“Served as the backdrop for countless proposals this summer, with numerous fans popping the question during LANCO’s live performances.” – Entertainment Tonight

“The nostalgic single…is  the kind of love story from days gone by, the one you learned about from your grandparents and their generation, when times where simpler and so was love. It’s the love story we all still want to believe in.” – CMT

LANCO’s self-titled debut EP can now count more than 100 million streams. Already named as “the band to watch” by Bobby Bones, CMT, Entertainment Weekly, Rolling Stone, Spotify and more, LANCO gained their momentum from touring the country’s top festivals including Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, Watershed, Faster Horses and more. Opening for artists such as Dierks Bentley, Brothers Osborne and Jake Owen, LANCO continues to make “notable first impressions” (The Desert Sun) as direct support for Dustin Lynch’s THE RIDE OR DIE TOUR and will head out in January for Chris Young’s LOSING SLEEP WORLD TOUR. Additionally, LANCO was just announced as performers for the inaugural Rare Country Awards (12/14) where they are nominated for “Best New Artist”. Thomas Rhett’s 9th No. 1 Is “Unforgettable”

THOMAS RHETT CONTINUES TO ACCELERATE WITH NINTH CAREER NO. ONE “UNFORGETTABLE,” HIS THIRD CHART-TOPPER IN 2017
AND FASTEST RISING SINGLE SO FAR

The “Sharp-eyed, witty” (The Washington Post) Hit Also
Spends Third Week at The Top of the Charts in Canada

Current multi-CMA nominee and ACM Awards Male Vocalist of the Year Thomas Rhett’s career continues to skyrocket as “Unforgettable” hits No. One today on both the Billboard Country Airplay and Mediabase charts, reaching the top in just 14 weeks as the fastest-peaking song of his career so far. The “charming” (Rolling Stone) single is also holding the No. One spot for the third straight week on the Mediabase Canada Country chart. “Unforgettable” is the second single from Thomas Rhett’s Billboard 200 chart-topping release LIFE CHANGES (The Valory Music Co.), marking the third No. One this year and the ninth of his career.

“This is a really cool way to kick off CMA week,” said Thomas Rhett. “It’s always a good week because everyone is in town, we all get to see each other, hang out backstage at the show, but to also find out ‘Unforgettable’ is No. One is awesome.”

Thomas Rhett is currently nominated for three CMA Awards including Male Vocalist of the Year, Musical Event Of The Year and Music Video of the Year for the No. One GOLD-certified lead track “Craving You” as well as an American Music Award for Favorite Country Male Artist. He has earned major trophies from the Country Music Association, Academy of Country Music, Billboard Music Awards, CMT Music Awards, iHeart Radio Music Awards and more while also drawing GRAMMY Awards and Teen Choice Awards nominations, among others.

In September, Thomas Rhett released his third album LIFE CHANGES, the biggest, boldest-sounding record of his career, filled with a diverse batch of songs united by the “consistency of their craft” (Variety) as he stretches his sound to new limits. Highlighting his “detailed style of songwriting” (Rolling Stone), the new release debuted at No. One on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart, marking the first Country release to take the top spot in 2017. He recently announced his headlining LIFE CHANGES TOUR 2018, following his in-demand HOME TEAM TOUR which has sold out 27 stops so far this year and continues this week in Europe. Nashville Unplugged Returns to Mizuya Lounge at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino

Nashville Unplugged Returns to Mizuya Lounge at
Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino

Nashville Unplugged is once again bringing country music fans “the story behind the song” as the longest-running songwriter series outside of Nashville returns to Mizuya Lounge at Nashville Unplugged: The Story Behind the Song . Shows take place Friday evenings from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Each week Nashville Unplugged: The Story Behind the Song brings the southern charm of Nashville to Las Vegas. The complimentary show gives songwriters of some of the biggest country music hits the chance to showcase their music and provide the stories behind their famous lyrics. The intimate, all-acoustic show offers an interactive experience that allows songwriters and the audience to connect through music. With different entertainers on the roster each week, guests have the unique opportunity to see an original show every Friday night.

Nashville Unplugged has become the place to go in Las Vegas for an impromptu, country music performance. Over the last nine years the acoustic series has included performances from the writers of Garth Brooks’ “More than a Memory,” Gary Allan’s “Nothing on But the Radio” and Carrie Underwood’s “Something in the Water.”

Upcoming performances include:

Tyler Hilton and Courtney Cole:  Friday, Oct. 27

  • Born and raised in Palm Springs, Calif., Tyler Hilton made the move to Los Angeles to pursue a career in music. He released his first album The Tracks of Tyler Hilton in 2004, the same year he landed a recurring role on The CW’s “One Tree Hill.” He recently released his new single “Overtime” and is embarking on an Australian tour with Kate Voegele in December.
  • The world got its first look at Courtney Cole in 2011 on “CMT: The Next Superstar.” After the last episode aired, she was offered a full-time publishing deal. As she has pursued songwriting, Cole has opened for Miranda Lambert, Kenny Chesney, Chris Young, Kip Moore, Old Dominion, Granger Smith, Kane Brown, Thompson Square and more at venues across the country. In 2015, Cole released her self-titled EP and was singled out as a Spotify Spotlight Artist while The Huffington Post named her one of its “Country Artists to Watch in 2015.”

Wynn Varble:  Friday, Nov. 3

  • Wynn Varble landed his first No. 1 song, “Have You Forgotten” with Darryl Worley, in 2003. The song was nominated for “Song of the Year” by the Country Music Association (CMA). Varble has had two additional songs earn “Song of the Year” nominations by the CMA: “Waitin on a Woman” and “I’m a Little More Country Than That.” Varble’s songs have been recorded by artists such as Garth Brooks, Lee Ann Womack, Brad Paisley, Kellie Pickler, Montgomery Gentry, Gary Allan and Trace Adkins.

Danny Myrick and Tim James:  Friday, Nov. 10

  • Myrick achieved his first No. 1 gospel song as a writer at age 17 before moving to Nashville and spending the ‘90s singing lead in country rock band, Western Flyer. After Western Flyer disbanded, Myrick’s vocal talent led to singing hundreds of songwriter demos as well as adding background vocals to numerous albums by the likes of Blake Shelton, Montgomery Gentry and Keith Anderson before focusing on his passion for writing songs. He has penned hits such as “Truck Yeah” by Tim McGraw and “I Love This Life” by LoCash.
  • Tennessee native Tim James has had an affinity for writing since childhood. He has two No. 1 hits under his belt including Toby Keith’s “My List” and Lee Brice’s “Love Like Crazy.” He also wrote “All I Ask For Anymore” by Trace Adkins, which was nominated for Best Country Song at the 2010 GRAMMY Awards.

Matt Warren:  Friday, Nov. 24

  • Being a Nashville-native makes Matt Warren a rarity in Music City. His first cut as a writer was “Puttin’ Memories Away,” co-written with and performed by Gary Allan. This was be the first of Warren’s 15 songs recorded by Allan, including No. 1 hit “Every Storm (Runs Out of Rain)” which was nominated for “Song of the Year” at the 2014 Academy of Country Music Awards. PHOTOS: LANCO’s Brandon Lancaster Ties The Knot

LANCO’S BRANDON LANCASTER WRITES HIS OWN “GREATEST LOVE STORY”
DURING INTIMATE NASHVILLE WEDDING CEREMONY

Sony Music Nashville band LANCO’s lead singer/guitarist Brandon Lancaster married his college sweetheart, Tiffany Trotter, on Sunday (9/17) during an intimate sunset ceremony outside of Nashville. Surrounded by 200 of their closest family and friends, Tiffany walked down the aisle to Coldplay’s “Til Kingdom Come” in a form-fitting off the shoulder gown by Maggie Sottero, while Brandon stood patiently decked out in a custom Kenneth Cole suit next to his groomsmen, including LANCO bandmates. The couple exchanged personalized vows as they were officiated by hometown parish, Justin Walker, who served as a teacher’s assistant in the college philosophy class where the two first met.

As exclusively reported by Entertainment Tonight, the celebration continued as guests were invited inside a rustic barn as they indulged in catering from The Chef and I and Dulce Desserts, while being treated to a custom apple-cider cocktail, “Appely Ever After.” The newlyweds graced the floor for their first dance to Ray LaMontagne’s “Let It Be Me,” before the area was rushed for bluegrass square dancing. Brandon and Tiffany left the evening in a blue 1949 Cadillac, ahead of jet-setting to Mexico for their honeymoon.

LANCO has been building a groundswell since the release of their self-titled debut EP, which can now count more than 50 million streams. Their Top 15 and climbing single “Greatest Love Story” is impacting fans across the country as it was penned solely by Lancaster, showcasing “nostalgic telling of young love between an all-American girl and a troublemaker separated by life and brought back together again,” (Taste of Country). Named as “the band to watch” by Bobby Bones, CMT, Entertainment Weekly, Rolling Stone, Spotify and more, LANCO gained their status from touring the country’s top festivals including Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, Watershed, Faster Horses and more. Kid Rock Releases New Song “Tennessee Mountain Top”

KID ROCK RELEASES NEW SONG “TENNESSEE MOUNTAIN TOP”

Impacting at Country Radio 10/2

At one minute past midnight Kid Rock unveiled his latest song “Tennessee Mountain Top” on streaming and sales platforms. “Tennessee Mountain Top” is impacting at Country Radio October 2. The track brings out a Country infused southern rock spirit that has drawn Country fans to Kid Rock for almost two decades since he released the CMA, ACM nominated “Picture.” Both “Picture” and his massive summer anthem “All Summer Long” continue to be fan favorites at Country Radio.

A five time Grammy nominee with over 26 million albums sold to date, Kid Rock has consistently blazed his own trail. His career intersected early with Country audiences and created a connection that has continued to grow each year. He has been twice nominated for CMA Awards, “Picture” with Sheryl Crow (2003) and “Can’t You See” with Zac Brown Band (2010). This October 6th and 7th he will host Kid Rock’s Third Annual Fish Fry in Nashville, yet another sign of his close ties to Nashville and Country Music.

Since the spontaneous release of his two most recent tracks in July, “Po-Dunk” and “Greatest Show On Earth” and their accompanying videos, Kid Rock has been at the center of media coverage speculation as to his musical and personal ambitions.

While others speculate, the artist known for his slew of American anthems and his explosive live shows has been busy touring and preparing for an epic series of concerts opening Detroit’s new Little Caesars Arena. Not only is he the maiden act for the venue, he recently announced that the venue will play host to his own Made in Detroit restaurant to open on the Woodward Avenue side of Little Caesars Arena.

ABOUT JOHN CONLEE:
Kentucky native and Grand Ole Opry member, John Conlee, has one of country music’s most recognizable voices. Self-penned and signature hit “Rose Colored Glasses,” was the first of over 30 hit singles, most of which charted in the Top 10 or better. Some of the songs from the John Conlee hit list include “Back Side of Thirty,” “Lady Lay Down,” “Friday Night Blues,” “Common Man,” “I’m Only In It For The Love” and “Domestic Life.” All of Conlee’s hits have that unmistakable common thread – that unique voice. In 2015, Conlee hasn’t slowed down and continues to cut songs with substance with the release of Classics 2 that includes a tribute to law enforcement titled “Walkin’ Behind the Star.”

His highly-anticipated third single from the album is the title track which Sounds Like Nashville said “…hits the twang factor in fine fashion.” “Kinda Don’t Care” impacts Country radio on September 19.

The project is chock-full of new music with 16 tracks on the deluxe version and skyrocketed to No. 1 on the iTunes Country chart upon release. The Arkansas native spent three years putting the project together, which serves as a follow up to his second No. 1 album release, OFF THE BEATEN PATH. Moore holds seven No. 1’s under his signature white cowboy hat including “Point At You” and “Lettin’ The Night Roll” as well as seven Top 10 hits. The Valory Music Co. recording artist has earned multiple ACM, ACA and ACC Awards nominations. He has shared the stage with Hank Williams Jr., Brad Paisley, Miranda Lambert and Brantley Gilbert and recently wrapped his co-headline AMERICAN MADE TOUR with Lee Brice.

ABOUT DYLAN SCOTT:
A Louisiana native with a lifelong passion for Country music, Dylan Scott is the total package – a powerful singer with a deep, resonating drawl; an old-soul songwriter with a young spirit; a heartthrob with an easy smile; and a dreamer who followed his father’s footsteps to Nashville. Prior to landing his record deal, Scott learned the basics of singing and playing guitar from his dad – a former guitar player for Country legends Freddy Fender and Freddie Hart. He then launched onto the Country music scene in 2013 with “Making This Boy Go Crazy,” the debut single from his self-titled EP. His follow up, the infectious “Crazy Over Me,” debuted at #14 on the Billboard Country Digital Song Sales chart and hit the Top 40 on the Billboard’s Country Airplay chart. In the summer of 2016, his debut album for Curb Records, DYLAN SCOTT, landed in the Top 5 of Billboard’s Country Albums chart, and its romantic standout single, “My Girl,” has now been RIAA-certified GOLD, while also becoming his FIRST CAREER #1 at Country radio. Continuing the momentum, Scott released DYLAN SCOTT (DELUXE EDITION) on August 4. The expanded version of his 2016 self-titled album debut features three powerful new tracks including the addictive rush of his new single “Hooked,” the real-life fairy tale of “Sleeping Beauty” (which Scott co-wrote with Lee Brice) and the head-turning heat of “Can’t Take Her Anywhere.” Having been named one of Spotify’s Spotlight on 2016 Country Artists, fans have streamed Scott’s songs over 200 million times and counting, and sales have topped 2.2 million stream equivalent songs – figures that continue to grow by leaps and bounds. He is currently touring the country after wrapping his opening slot on Brice’s 2016 LIFE OFF MY YEARS TOUR.
