Indulge in the Last Taste of Summer at CRUSH, Morton Group’s
American Grill at MGM Grand, on Labor Day Weekend
CRUSH, Morton Group’s American grill at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, will give guests a last taste of summer this Labor Day weekend with specialty dishes and a refreshing cocktail, available exclusively Friday, Sept. 1 through Monday, Sept. 4.
Available from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m., CRUSH will serve delectable dishes to celebrate the national holiday. Selections include lollipop chicken wings tossed with a sweet chili, garlic and parmesan sauce, priced at $21; angus mini burgers topped with a bacon marmalade and smoked cheddar cheese, priced at $21; baby back ribs prepared with a chipotle rub and house-made BBQ sauce, served with a side of cornbread, priced at $24; and half boneless BBQ chicken served with a side of mac and cheese and braised bacon kale, priced at $32. For guests with a sweet tooth, CRUSH will also feature a rich eight-layer chocolate cake, priced at $12.
Guests can also toast to the end of summer with the Pop Rock martini, made with Flor de Caña rum, blue curaçao, peach schnapps, topped off with club soda and rimmed with Pop Rocks, priced at $18.
CRUSH’s full menu will also be available, including favorites like its Maine lobster salad rolls served on warm brioche with celery and herb mayo, priced at $28; ricotta gnocchi with braised short rib and pea purée, priced at $38; and the 12-ounce charred New York sirloin served with a side of truffle mashed potatoes and au poivre sauce, priced at $59.
