CRUSH, Morton Group’s American grill at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, will welcome guests to usher in the new year with a specialty holiday dish, available exclusively on Sunday, Dec. 31.
Available from 4:30 p.m. to close, CRUSH will serve a festive entrée of beef Wellington with porcini mushroom duxelles, as well as truffle mashed potatoes and a medley of baby root vegetables, priced at $69.
The celebratory dish can also be paired with a glass of champagne to toast 2024, or wines by the glass and bottle from CRUSH’s versatile collection that boasts varietals from all over the world. Before the clock strikes midnight, guests can enjoy CRUSH’s decadent desserts like tiramisu, featuring ladyfingers layered with mascarpone cheese and dusted with espresso cocoa powder, or the Nutella Squeeze, a chocolate ice cream sandwich topped with whipped cream, Nutella cream and caramelized hazelnuts, priced at $14 each.
