Hook Jaw Net Radio’s “On Air with Robert & CC” will host a live interview with The Gazillionaire and Penny Pibbets, stars of the smash-hit musical Absinthe from Rockhouse Bar & Nightclub on Friday, April 27.

Following the 5 p.m. interview, patrons will be able to partake in a meet-and-greet with the cast members of Absinthe, while enjoying Rockhouse’s weekend drink specials which include 2-for-1 well drinks and $5 shots.

Corporate Executive Chef Yvonne Maatouk has created a mouthwatering menu highlighting American comfort food with all the traditional fixings. Simplicity is at the core of Maatouk’s cooking, recreating the most beloved home-style breakfast, lunch and dinner classics with a modern spin. A specialty section on the menu called “Potato Haven” will offer an array of tasty potato-based treats such as Bucking Bull Fries; BBQ Potato Chip Nachos; and a sweet and savory Sweet Potato Melt made with sweet potato tots that have been tossed in a buttery, cinnamon spice blend topped with toasted marshmallows and candied pecans.

 

The 15,000-square-foot restaurant and bar will depict a country western atmosphere with a contemporary edge. The centerpiece of the expansive eatery will showcase a mechanical bull available to revelers seeking a daring, fun time. Directly across from the mechanical bull is a stage for karaoke and line dancing for the entire family. Located on the second floor of the outdoor shopping mecca, across from Rave Motion Pictures, the family eatery will feature three full service bars as well as a 3,000-square-foot outdoor patio with views of neighboring retail shops and restaurants.
