CraftHaus Brewery is set to celebrate its second year of craft beer with a bomb of a party! The brewery has seen amazing growth, positive reception from the community and plans to keep focused on the future of quality craft beer.

Over the last year, CraftHaus has offered 46 different beers for the community to explore right along with them. The bulk of these beers are thanks to innovative brewers, Steph Cope and Steve Brockman implementing the Tweaked series. This series allows the brewers to explore with interesting and different takes on their core and seasonal beers. The brewery also added 40 barrels or 1,200 gallons to their current 110 barrels of fermentation. “Our growth compared to last year at this time is over 100%, which is a testament to our community’s support,” said Dave Forrest, Co-Owner CraftHaus Brewery.

Offering distinct, quality driven beers lies at the core of CraftHaus’ values. “Seeing the overwhelmingly positive response from our community is the reason we wanted to build this brewery. We are proud to share in the growth of Las Vegas’ craft community,” added Wyndee Forrest, Co-Owner, CraftHaus Brewery.

During the past year, CraftHaus has received widespread local recognition and acclaim. The Mirage Resort asked CraftHaus to create an exclusive beer, Island Hopper, for their property, which can be found year round. The Las Vegas Weekly again awarded the brewery with “Most Creative Brewery of 2016.” Nevada Business Magazine named CraftHaus Brewery, “Best Family Owned Business in 2016.”  Mayor of Henderson, Mr. Andy Hafen, presented the brewery a proclamation during American Craft Beer Week thanking CraftHaus for the work they did to bring the craft beer industry to the city.

CraftHaus Brewery will be celebrating its second year anniversary with the Hop Bomb Party on Saturday, September 17th from 5pm-11pm at the brewery. With over 20 beers on tap, they will be releasing new beers, reviving past beers, hosting special guest taps from their friends and fellow regional breweries along with launching a triple IPA, Hop Bomb, to celebrate. Crafted in the warm pub style of 19th century Ireland, Rí Rá Las Vegas is located inside The Shoppes at Mandalay Place. The authentic Irish pub features a multitude of artifacts that were carefully restored in Wicklow, Ireland and shipped to their new home in Las Vegas. Rí Rá Las Vegas contains an authentic Victorian Shop bar that began its life in Ireland in the 1880s, a whiskey bar adorned with an original glazed jewelry cabinet from 1900, an oak floor from a whiskey distillery and an 8-foot-tall, 500-pound carved plaster statue of St. Patrick dating back to 1850. The pub hosts live entertainment seven nights a week in a music room constructed with artifacts dating back to 1890 from the Olympia Theater in Dublin, Ireland. On the weekends, guests can kick back at Rí Rá Live, where every Friday and Saturday at 11:30 p.m. the best bands in town take the pub’s stage. ROCKHOUSE TO BRING BACK ITS SECOND CHANCE BEER PONG TOURNAMENT

ROCKHOUSE TO BRING BACK ITS SECOND CHANCE BEER PONG TOURNAMENT

The 2ndAnnual “Rockhouse Cup” with a $5,000 cash prize

On Wednesday, Jan. 4, when the world’s biggest beer pong tournament is going on, Rockhouse Bar & Nightclub holds one for the losers. The only ultra-dive bar on the Strip will turn the underdogs of the tournament into winners at the second annual “Rockhouse Cup” tournament with a $5,000 cash prize.

For those that did not win in the big tournament will have a shot at being second best. The $35-per-person buy-in gives interested pongers a chance to compete in a series of single elimination rounds to take home the first place prize of $5,000 cash. Even the losers of the losing tournament will still be winners; second and third place teams will receive additional prizes from Rockhouse such as a private VIP table with bottle service.

January 1 through 5, Rockhouse is also the unofficial hotspot for those participating in the highly-anticipated beer pong tournament at Flamingo Las Vegas. Pongers that show their tournament credential can practice up or blow off some steam with two-for-one beers, $20 souvenir pitchers and ongoing games of beer pong at Rockhouse daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Day or night, it’s always the right time to party at Rockhouse. Whether people watching on the rowdy Strip-side patio by day, or dancing on the bar with an 80-ounce guitar by night, the ultra-dive bar is one of Vegas’ best-kept secrets. Rockhouse gives partygoers the ultimate nightlife experience – minus the “VIP” attitude. With bottle service that won’t break the bank, a Strip-view daiquiri bar and casual dress code, Rockhouse is a must-visit hot spot for locals and tourists alike.

Blending a local dive bar with the glamour of Sin City’s party scene at a convenient center Strip location, Rockhouse is the top party destination on the Strip. Las Vegas’ only ultra-dive bar features top-notch lighting and sound with the best DJs in Las Vegas blending upbeat rock, hip-hop and dance. With beautiful bartenders pouring drinks from the bar tops, playing in the giant bird cage and dangling from tire swings suspended from the ceiling, Rockhouse is the spot where the party never stops. Rockhouse is located on Las Vegas Blvd. in front of Imperial Palace, directly across from Caesars Palace in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip. The daiquiri and main bar open daily at 10 a.m. and the adjacent nightclub is open from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly.
