WINTER HAPPENINGS AT THE LINQ PROMENADE

LAS VEGAS (December 2023) – The LINQ Promenade, the entertainment, retail and dining district located at the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, announces winter happenings, including New Year’s Eve celebrations, January food and beverage offers and big game viewing parties in February.

NEW YEAR’S EVE, DEC. 31
Minus5º ICEBAR
To herald the arrival of the new year across the globe, Minus5º ICEBAR will offer visitors a COMPLIMENTARY champagne toast with each entry every hour beginning at 11 a.m. with Pakistan on New Year’s Eve and ending at midnight in Las Vegas.

NEW YEAR’S DAY, JAN. 1
Off The Strip Bistro + Bar
Exclusively offered on New Year’s Day, Off The Strip will serve an extra large slice of English cut prime rib with a loaded baked potato and fresh sauteed green beans and carrots for $44.95.

NATIONAL BLOODY MARY DAY/NATIONAL HANGOVER DAY, JAN. 1
Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar
Guests are invited to savor the Chayo Bloody crafted with spicy tequila, Bloody Mary mix and lime, garnished with a Tajin chili spice rim, strip of crispy bacon and a cucumber spear. Available for $15 each.

Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza
In celebration of National Bloody Mary Day as well as National Hangover Day, Flour & Barley will offer $7 Bloody Marys all day long (regularly priced at $13).

Haute Doggery
Haute Doggery will offer its hangover dog made with a pork and beef frank, French fries, cheese sauce, a fried egg, pico de gallo and bacon as well as a Zing Zang Bloody Mary for $16 (regularly priced at $18).

NATIONAL SPAGHETTI DAY, JAN. 4
Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza
Flour & Barley’s to-go pizza window will offer a special slice, the spaghetti and meatball pizza, for $8. This mouthwatering offer will be available this day only.

NATIONAL CHEESE LOVER’S DAY, JAN. 20
Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza
Flour & Barley’s to-go pizza window will offer buy one, get one on cheese pizza slices all day long.

PizzaCake
Buddy Valastro’s PizzaCake is also the ultimate destination to savor a mouthwatering slice of cheese pizza during the holiday.

The Boss Cafe
Located inside The LINQ Hotel Las Vegas, Buddy Valastro’s The Boss Cafe will offer a fresh mozzarella tasting for National Cheese Lovers Day. Additionally, they will host several mozzarella making demonstrations throughout the day.

NATIONAL CHOCOLATE CAKE DAY, JAN. 27
The Boss Cafe, PizzaCake and Buddy’s Jersey Eats
Guests are invited to celebrate National Chocolate Cake Day at celebrity baker Buddy Valastro’s signature dining destinations and cake vending machines, including The Boss Cafe, PizzaCake and Buddy’s Jersey Eats. Individual slices are available for $9.70.

NATIONAL HOT CHOCOLATE DAY, JAN. 31
Ghirardelli Ice Cream and Chocolate Shop
As the ultimate destination for all things chocolate on the Las Vegas Strip, Ghirardelli will feature their classic hot cocoa, topped with whipped cream and dusted with cocoa powder in celebration of National Hot Chocolate Day.

BIG GAME VIEWING PARTY, FEB. 11
Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery
With football’s big game right around the corner, Tilted Kilt invites fans to enjoy reserved seating, a premium buffet and an open bar with domestic and import draft beer, house wine and more (ultra-premium, doubles and shots not included). The open bar begins two hours before kickoff on Sunday, Feb. 11 and last call begins at the two-minute warning during the fourth quarter. Big game seating options follow:

  • Bar or captain’s table seating – $250 per person, plus tax and 22% gratuity.
  • Rail or ledge seating – $225 per person, plus tax and 22% gratuity.

High Roller Observation Wheel Seasonal Lighting:
High Roller, the tallest observation wheel in North America, will feature dedicated colored light shows on select nights:

Jan. 9 – Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s Go True Blue Day, the wheel will be lit blue.

High Roller Observation Wheel Hours of Operation:
The High Roller is open daily from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m.

Fly LINQ Hours of Operation:
Fly LINQ, the only zipline on the Las Vegas Strip, is open daily, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck Hours of Operation:
The Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck is open daily from noon to midnight.
