An Executive Chef’s Culinary Classroom: Summer Harvest

Bellagio Executive Chef of Banquets and Catering Michael Burns will host the year’s second An Executive Chef’s Culinary Classroom event with a summer-themed class. Guests will learn to make homemade ricotta with locally sourced honey and sustainably grown vegetables and greens. Local, light and healthy ingredients make just the right menu for the summer season.

Summer of Beer: 2016 Tap Takeover
This June, Joseph James Brewery will take over MICHAEL MINA’s PUB 1842 beer taps with four specially selected brews from the local brewery. Guests may order a 12 oz. beer for $6 or select a beer flight of all four beers for $10. Joseph James Brewery is one of three local breweries to be featured during the 2016 Summer of Beer series.

Husic Vineyards Wine Dinner at Aureole

Mandalay Bay Director of Wine Harley Carbery and Husic Vineyards Proprietor Frank Husic will host a special Husic Vineyards Wine Dinner Thursday, June 23 at 6:30 p.m. Guests will experience a pre-event reception followed by a mouthwatering four-course meal created by Aureole Executive Chef Arnaud Masset and Aureole Executive Pastry Chef Nicole Erle. Each course will be paired with a red or white wine selection hand-selected by Carbery.

Terry Fator Appearance at Parlor Lounge
Celebrity entertainer Terry Fator will make a special guest appearance following his must-see show, Terry Fator: The Voice of Entertainment, June 1, 5 and 29 at Parlor Lounge at The Mirage. Signature Moscow Mules served in specially designed, Terry Fator copper mugs will be available for $35. Guests can look forward to interacting with Mr. Fator while he autographs the specialty cups during the event.

Pick Your Poison Day
Parlor Lounge at The Mirage will offer guests the option to create their own libations from a list of spirit-less cocktails. Guests will have the opportunity to pick a cocktail and an accompanying “poison” to create a uniquely personalized cocktail. For guests’ listening pleasure, a three-piece band will provide live entertainment from 9 p.m. – 1 a.m.

Harvest Hour
Harvest by Roy Ellamar is now offering Harvest Hour, a farm-to-table spin on Happy Hour, daily from 5p.m. – 6 p.m. and reverse Harvest Hour from 9 p.m. – 10 p.m. at the bar and lounge. Harvest Hour offerings include $7 signature cocktails, wine selections, and delightful small bites from the restaurant’s signature Snack Wagon.

New Spring Cocktails
Harvest by Roy Ellamar is now featuring a new cocktail program that includes specially curated spring cocktails representative of the fruits and vegetables of the season. 

Burger Lounge
Burger Lounge at ARIA is now open and is located on the casino floor near ARIA’s Poker Room. Hours of operation are as follows:

  • Daily, 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.

Della’s Kitchen
Bathhouse Spa at Delano now offers a wellness menu specially created by Della’s Kitchen. 

LVB Burgers & Bar
LVB Burgers & Bar will offer Happy Hour beginning Monday, May 30. Happy Hour will be available Monday – Friday, 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.

  • Specials are as follows:
    • Two-for-one local draft beers
    • Half-priced appetizers, shakes and spiked shakes
