The Rampart Casino has added a new staff member to the casino team. Eddie Ricca now serves as director of race and sports book.

eddie“Eddie is a great addition to our casino operations and leadership teams,” said Mike Gaughan, General Manager.  “We value his extensive casino experience particularly with the race and sports book.”

Mr. Ricca, who started his casino career in Atlantic City, comes to the Rampart Casino with strong race and sports book experience. He recently served as director of the race and sports book for the Suncoast Hotel and Casino where he had worked since its opening.  Ricca has also held race and sports book management positions with the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino.

NAHREP to Host Educational Event for Real Estate Professionals

 

NAHREP to Hold Educational Event on the Short Sale Process
 
Executives from Chase Bank will speak to real estate professionals


The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals – Southern Nevada Chapter (NAHREP) will host an event on Wednesday, Feb. 15, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino. The event is designed to educate real estate professionals on the short sale process, union financing as well as showcase Chase Bank’s exclusive products. Executives from Chase Bank will share information on home ownership, lending and business practices. Registration and networking start at 8:30 to 9 a.m.
 
“We value education tremendously which is why we offer opportunities like this to our members,” says Omar Lopez, president of NAHREP – Southern Nevada Chapter. “We believe knowledge is power.”

Homeownership Skills & Resource Seminar Helps During Housing Crisis



The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) in partnership with Wells Fargo and Freddie Mac, will host a Home Preservation Summit at the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino on Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012 from 11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Event registration from 10:30 – 11:00 a.m.

The event is designed to promote homeownership preservation, providing tools and training in response to the national foreclosure crisis. Real estate professionals that attend the event will be educated and equipped to emphasize the aspect of responsible and sustainable homeownership to their clients. These skills and resources will help potential homebuyers achieve their dream of purchasing a home and maintaining long-term residency. In addition, guests will enjoy lunch and networking opportunities.
