CRUSH, Morton Group’s American grill at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, will celebrate its 10th anniversary this January with the return of beloved dishes from the restaurant’s inaugural year. A portion of the proceeds generated from the featured dishes will be allocated to support local youth nonprofit, After-School All-Stars (ASAS) Las Vegas.

“As we reach this remarkable 10-year milestone for CRUSH on the Las Vegas Strip, our gratitude extends to our incredible team and the loyal community that have been with us every step of the way,” said Michael Morton, famed restaurateur and co-founder of Morton Group along with Jenna Morton. “This celebration goes beyond the restaurant; it’s a moment to give back. We’re proud to support ASAS and their vital mission to provide educational and recreational opportunities for our local youth, contributing to a cause that resonates deeply with our commitment to community welfare.”

To commemorate the exciting milestone, Morton Group Executive Chef William DeMarco has curated a special menu available throughout January, which will showcase a selection of popular dishes that made their debut at CRUSH in 2013. At the end of the month, Morton Group will donate a portion of proceeds to ASAS, which helps provide free after-school programs to children and young adults in Las Vegas.

Appetizers, priced at $24 each, will include a sea scallop benedict featuring a sunny-side quail egg, chorizo and chipotle hollandaise sauce; and red wine veal Bolognese served with creamy polenta. CRUSH’s signature date and artichoke woodfired pizza, topped with jalapeños and caramelized onions, will also return to the menu, priced at $24. Entrées include two past CRUSH favorites: cavatelli pasta with ground Italian sausage, broccolini, fennel and roasted garlic, priced at $32; and a 2-pound, pepper-crusted braised bone-in short rib paired with an Asian pear salad, priced at $45.
