AREA15, the world’s first purpose-built, experiential art, retail and entertainment complex opening in Las Vegas in 2020, announces its partnership with Todd English, one of the most decorated and respected chefs in the world. The culinary-concept will offer a customized menu created by English exclusively for AREA15’s food hall (the official name to be announced in early 2020). Offering an immersive, multi-dimensional journey, guests will dine casually among large-scale art installations, music, performance and other activations.

“This partnership with AREA15 enables me to create a new, theatrical dining experience that will embody the esthetic of the entire complex,” said English. “It’s energizing to be part of a project defined by creativity and a sense of the unexpected.”

“Today’s consumer seeks more narrative-driven, over-the-top, imaginative experiences than ever before and it doesn’t stop when it comes to food and beverage,” says Winston Fisher, chief executive officer, AREA15. “We are passionate about building the best-in-class experiences at AREA15, from our tenant experiences to artist partnership. We look forward to Todd English’s ultimate food hall experience, which will undoubtedly be the first truly transformational dining concept of its kind.”

English’s culinary concept joins AREA15’s growing collection of food and beverage experiences including the sweets shop Emack & Bolios; cocktail and coffee bar Oddwood; nostalgic hotspot Rocketfizz and the new corporate culinary partner, Hakkasan Group. AREA15 will be the first West Coast location for the “hippy ice-cream store” Emack & Bolios, serving up ice cream, yogurt, homemade fudge and chocolate, micro-brewed sodas and more. Rocket Fizz Soda Pop & Candy Shop is known for exceptionally unique and out-of-the-ordinary soda and candy flavors—all imbued with a sizeable dose of nostalgia. Oddwood promises to be the visually and artistically stimulating bar in The SPINE, serving a wide variety of premium beers and approachable cocktail beverages along with a full coffee bar by Las Vegas-based Vesta Coffee Roasters. Finally, AREA15 recently announced a corporate hospitality partnership with one of the world’s leading hospitality companies – Hakkasan Group, which will be AREA15’s preferred caterer for meetings, private parties and corporate events taking place in the one-of-kind venue. Additionally, Hakkasan Group will use AREA15 as the exclusive location for any events outside of the company’s Las Vegas venues.

The addition joins AREA15’s previously announced experiential retail and entertainment tenant lineup; Nomadic, Emporium, Dueling Axes, anchor experience tenant Meow Wolf Las Vegas.

AREA15, located minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, is the world’s first purpose-built experiential retail and entertainment complex offering live events, immersive activations, monumental art installations, extraordinary design elements, ground-breaking technology, bars and eateries and much more. With a growing collection of dynamic destinations including NomadicEmporium, Oddwood, Dueling Axes and its anchor experience, Meow Wolf Las Vegas, AREA15’s ever-changing art, retail and entertainment attractions will draw locals and tourists of all ages when it opens in 2020. AREA15 represents a collaborative venture between real estate development firm Fisher Brothers and creative agency Beneville Studios, both of New York. For more information visit and follow on Instagram and Twitter: @AREA15Official; Facebook: AREA15LasVegas and YouTube: AREA15. Chef Todd English and JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery Collaborate at Bellagio’s Epicurean Epicenter Dinner

Bellagio’s Tuscany Kitchen hosts exclusive wine dinner Saturday, March 9 at 6:30 p.m.

Bellagio’s Epicurean Epicenter series unites the modern Mediterranean cuisine of renowned chef Todd English of Bellagio’s Olives with the classic wines of JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery Saturday, March 9 at 6:30 p.m. in Tuscany Kitchen. Chef English will prepare an exquisite four-course dinner, explaining every aspect of menu creation to guests from ingredient selection to technique and flavor profile. Each course will be served with fine wines from JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, paired by Master Sommelier Joseph Spellman and Bellagio Director of Wine and Master Sommelier Jason Smith.

Tickets are priced at $175 per person, all-inclusive, and available for purchase online at Bellagio’s Epicurean Epicenter webpage or by calling Bellagio Concierge at 866-406-7117.

The culinary experience begins with Poached Merus Crab Leg accompanied by micro insalata, béarnaise sauce and candied lemons and paired with the delicate notes of Landmark Overlook Chardonnay.  The second course, cleverly titled “Duck Duck Goose,” features the tasty meat in various forms including seared duck breast with leg confit and foie gras tortellini. JUSTIN Winery’s Justification, a balanced and complex red wine featuring aromas of both fruit and spice, will complement this decadent course. The experience continues with Veal Osso Buco with parmesan polenta, garlicky spinach and walnut gremolata paired with JUSTIN’s Isosceles and Isosceles Reserve red wine blends. The sweet finale presents a Peanut Butter Falling Cake with milk chocolate ice cream and caramel sauce paired with JUSTIN’s Obtuse, a port-style dessert wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon.

The partnership of the culinary expertise of Todd English and JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery’s world-class Bordeaux-style blends and single varietals once again creates the type of exclusive experience for which Bellagio’s Epicurean Epicenter series is known.
