Monday night LeBron James and Dwyane Wade were in Las Vegas where they dined at LAVO Italian Restaurant inside The Palazzo. They were joined by a large group of friends from Miami and Cleveland. James and Wade enjoyed items from the LAVO menu such as sea bass, steak and grilled vegetables but stuck to their strict off season paleo diet.
The free agent went to Marquee Nightclub’s Boom Box Room with Wade after dinner where his hometown friend and personal DJ Steph Floss hopped in the DJ booth and played some of his favorite hits while the guys danced and took pictures.
Friday night in Las Vegas Carly Rae Jepsen dined at LAVO Italian Restaurant. The singer/songwriter, whose hit Call Me Maybe was a summer anthem, was with a group of ladies celebrating a girlfriend’s bachelorette party. The group sipped specialty cocktails and sipped Champagne while dining on signature dishes from the Italian eatery. They later made their way to Marquee Nightclub where DJ Benny Benassi was spinning.
Also spotted at LAVO were comedians David Spade, Kevin Farley and friends. They enjoyed steaks and Spade posed for a few photos with fans.
At TAO Asian Bistro YouTube Vloggers Cat Valdes and Joey Graceffa, who was also on The Amazing Race, celebrated their birthdays. Twenty three year old Graceffa and 25 year old Cat Valdes and a group of friends feasted on sushi, sirloin and more before heading to TAO Nightclub where they were surprised with a birthday cake.
At Marquee Australian DJ, singer and dancer Havana Brown was spotted taking in the sounds of Benassi.
Sunday afternoon, Marquee Nightclub & Dayclub opened its doors and dance floor to more than 500 children, parents and volunteers for the 2nd Annual Dance Against Obesity Camp J.U.M.P., sponsored by Kohl’s Cares. The Jump For Joy Foundation, a non-profit aimed at tackling childhood obesity, and TAO Group Cares, the charitable arm of TAO Group, teamed up to put on the free event for children and parents. Noted volunteers included BMX Pro Ricardo Laguna, Miss Nevada Collegiate Tianna Tuamoheloa, and Miss Nevada Latina Idania Ramirez.

TAO Group resident DJs Lema and Franke Rempe set the soundtrack for the afternoon of grooving inside the nightclub as well as under the Dayclub Dome. Meanwhile, upstairs in The Library, TAO Group Corporate Executive Sous-Chef Marc Marrone and Real Results Fitness Owner Paul Rosenberg walked parents through a nutrition seminar highlighting ways to help children eat healthy without breaking the bank.
After the heart-pumping dance clinic wrapped up, the entire group was treated to special performances from Prodigy Dance, B-Boy Bailrok, Culture Shock, Future Shock, Trouble Makers, The House Company and Jay R. Beatbox & Angel Escamilla. Afterward, everyone came together to form a giant huddle and cheered to the successful afternoon as confetti rained throughout the room.
Saturday evening, DJ Havana Brown, best known for her smash hit “We Run the Night” featuring Pitbull, celebrated her 29th birthday at TAO Asian Bistro & Nightclub. Joined by friends in the dining room, the blond bombshell and her group enjoyed cocktails and a range of signature entrees and desserts before making their way to a VIP table in the nightclub. Havana later hopped in the DJ booth alongside DJ Vice where she hyped the crowd and jumped on the turntables. Soon after returning to her VIP section, Havana was surprised with a three-tier cake as DJ Vice and the entire room wished her a very happy birthday.
At Marquee, DJ group Cash Cash headlined the night followed by a special late night set by international underground artist Jamie Jones. Commanding the DJ booth in the main room, Jones kept the party going for club-goers, spinning until 5 am on Sunday morning.

On Thursday, October 10, TAO Group Cares (the charitable arm of TAO Group, including TAO/LAVO/Marquee) hosted its second annual BarQuee event at Marquee Dayclub. 100% of the door proceeds from the event directly supported The Animal Foundation, a non-profit organization that operates Nevada’s largest open-admission animal shelter and pet adoption center. The line wrapped around the entrance with more than 400 guests attending the dogs-night-out, including over 200 four-legged companions. After posing for photos on the poly-turf “green carpet,” owners sipped on specialty cocktails poolside, while mingling and visiting vendor booths. On the same note, those loveable pets didn’t miss out on drinking and socializing either, as Bowser Beer donated their dog friendly, non-alcoholic beer for a tasty dog libation. Surrounding Marquee’s pool was a slew of pet-friendly businesses contributing to the event including Doggy Luxe, a high-end dog collar company, Doggie District, a popular local pet daycare, Earth Rated, makers of environmentally-friendly waste bags, and more. Due to the overwhelming success, BarQuee was extended an extra hour.

TV personality Rob Dyrdek, Drama, rapper Birdman and model and actor Kellan Lutz all partied together at a VIP table. Couple Odette Yustman and Dave Annable were also spotted taking in the scene.
Wednesday night, Whitney Port was spotted at LAVO Italian Restaurant with her family. The group enjoyed Tuna Tartare, Maine Lobster, Roasted Chilean Sea Bass, Steak, Crispy Zucchini and Creamed Spinach.
