STRIP HOUSE TEASES GUESTS WITH A SEXY, NEW LATE NIGHT MENU
Strip House at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino introduces a new late night “Strip Tease” menu featuring small scale, signature dishes prepared tableside, along with a wine pairing option throughout each course. In a city with endless entertainment and nightlife, the new menu offers a redefined steakhouse experience that guests can enjoy nightly from 9 p.m. until close.
“We are excited to expand options for our patrons,” said James Gersten, President and CEO of BR Guest Hospitality. “The new ‘Strip Tease’ menu perfectly blends Vegas’ flair for entertainment and unparralled dining, as we provide guests with a one-of-a-kind tableside experience featuring authentic steakhouse fare on a lighter scale.”
The “Strip Tease” tasting menu starts at $59.00 per person for two guests and features classic Strip House items such as Dry Aged 1855 Heritage New York Strip carved tableside, traditional Caesar Salad constructed tableside, Goose Fat Potatoes, Black Truffle Creamed Spinach and a Baked Alaska flambéed a la minute. Guests also have the option of enhancing their dining experience by adding a Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail ($10 per person) and a special wine pairing for each course ($25 per person).
About Strip House
Strip House redefines the traditional steakhouse experience with its innovative menu, combining perfectly charred cuts with decadent sides set in a siren red interior where old world glamour meets modern style and sophistication. Named a top steakhouse by Zagat and awarded four stars by Forbes, the namesake cut isn’t the only thing to marvel upon. Strip House’s walls are adorned with original Studio Manasse prints of 1930s burlesque stars.
The four Strip House locations, including the original in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village with adjoining Strip House Next Door, the newly opened Strip House Midtown at 44th Street in New York City, and the Strip House at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas are all known for a memorable steakhouse experience, complete with table-side carvings, an extensive wine list and the famous 24-layer chocolate cake.
