Single and ready to mingle doesn’t even sum it up. Sign up for a Valentine’s Day cooking class at Hecho en Vegas at MGM Grand. You never know who you might meet during this interactive demonstration. Find your soulmate while making a perfect margarita, the restaurant’s signature table-side guacamole and other Mexican dishes.
This class is available for $75 per guest and starts at 2 p.m.

Making a hearty breakfast from scratch is a big commitment. Instead, take your new fling to Della’s Kitchen at Delano for the Red Velvet Pancakes, served with a cream cheese glaze and caramel-flavored cocoa nibs.
BLVD Creamery at Monte Carlo hosts The Perfect Valentine’s Date which won’t lock you down for dinner but still wows your date. The night begins with a reserved table lit by candlelight. Guests have a choice to share a Banana Split or a Chocolate Lava Cake. Sip on a bottle of Veuve Clicquot while the night ends with chocolate covered strawberries. It will be a night you won’t forget as you leave with complimentary BLVD Creamery champagne flutes.

Woody’s Rampage & Sammy Hagar Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp will be performing while you dine on a three-course pre-fixe menu. Beverage specials also will be available.
